Alan's "wow" monster sound is up in the pantheon of Taskmaster moments alongside sitting bare-assed in a cake. Absolutely amazing

there is usually one moment in every show that just has me laughing till I literally can't breathe - and THIS whole bit was already great with all the silent action - however I always completely lose it with Allen's 'wow' monster 6:24 (which I think even surprised him) - all of them just - completely losing it laughing - gets me every.single.time 😂😂😂

While Alan's Wow monster was the best, the embarrassed face (4:06) Alex makes after Alan's beatboxing was also pretty good.

This was so needed right now! No matter how many times I have and will see it, it cracks me up more and more each time. Alex just announcing the final round had me in tears and stitches...and then WWWWOOOOOOW I nearly choked on my salad.🤭

This might be my favorite task ever. I don't think I've watched any other as many times as this one, the Wow monster and the horny monster crack me up every single time!
6:24 is one of those moments that you use to show your friends why Taskmaster is such a brilliant must see show. The camera angle on getting Desiree's reaction to it is perfection.
But let's not take away from the immediate follow up at 6:55 by Guz and his monster noise being nearly as good as Allen's with Desiree genuinely finding his noise cute based on her reaction.
Desiree mouthing "I loved it so much" was amazing. I can't tell what she was mouthing before that, but she definitely mouthed that to Guz. Amazing.
Greg's reaction is like he skipped laughing and went straight to crying.
This is my all-time favorite live task. First watching it, I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt.
Please never stop making this brilliant show. It's a comedy goldmine. I've never laughed so hard at a show in my life.

this made me cry when i first saw it, literal tears coming down my face after Alan's noise
If someone said, "People were trying to make monster noises, and one said 'wow' in an unusual manner", I wouldn't think it could be funny. Yet Alan's 'wow' slays me every time I watch it.
Every time. Right up there with "A laminator!" for me.
It's more due to how unexpected and absurd it is. When you describe it it doesn't sound funny in the slightest, same with a lot of things in the show. Taskmaster truly has to be seen to be believed.
It is the funniest thing, everytime.

It tickles me when we go from Desiree beatboxing, to Alan and his verbal farts.
I don't think she meant it, but V walking over by D and stomping is such a burn. The reaction is funny every time and they never mention it.
Beautiful cast. Love every single one of them. And what a fun ending to a season.
Any QI fans will know that asking Alan Davies to make a nondescript noise is going to be HILARIOUS!!!
The rotating chair suits the taskmaster so well somehow.

Even though I know what’s coming the Wow monster gets me every time. A sign of something truly funny and brilliant. I love the fact that the sound even surprised Alan. He wasn’t expecting that sound to come out.
Oh Victoria, how stunning and sassy? 🥰 Also, pretty ironic that she's a poker champion, and Greg foiled her disguise each time in this game 😊

This was such a good group of contestants, they created so many funny moments, but when you see them all laughing together you know is must be something special.

I’ve watched at least a dozen times and every time I laugh uncontrollably.
ive just finished watching this series and i have to say it was probably the best series of the show so far. This cast just works so well, they all have their part to play. There was noone that was annoying or boring to watch and desiree in particular really surprised me. Ususally the american contestants on british comedy shows dont quite get the comedy and they feel a bit off, but her humour was perfect, while still being authentic for an american comedian.
The cast for the next series has so much potential as well, I hope is just as good.
This series and Series 11 were more than deserving of a live audience, both are very underrated
