Kenya is finally realizing food processing is the way to go. We will never have to see food and fruits go to waste but make money out of food processing. Food processing in USA is a multi billion dollar business one of the most lucrative businesses in America. Kenya being an Agri country the sky is the limit. I loved that she is even thinking of penetrating the european and middle east markets shows you Kenyn products even food can compete globally. These food processors need to be given all the incentives and help they can get from govt. Our farmers will benefit immesley and jobs will be created
