How to use Color Adjusters

- (Level: Intermediate/Advance) So, from my previous video, you should know by now how to use color correctors. This video now covers the next level - color adjusters. Same concept applies, and color theory is your friend. Find out how to adjust the undertone on your foundations and concealers, with just a small bead of color adjuster. EnJoy!
If your foundation is:
Not YELLOW enough - add adjuster yellow.
Not RED enough - add adjuster red
Too Yellow - add equal parts of adjuster blue and red
Too Red - watch the vid :)

It's a real pleasure to watch your videos, not omly because they are informative and useful, but because you really know about makeup and you explain (instead of repeating without knowledge like other people) the reasons of why things work in a certain way. This video is particularly interesting because it's really hard, not to mention time and money consuming, to find the right foundation color. Great videos!

I have a couple tubes of the Coastal Scents color adjusters, in white and yellow, and I use the white one a lot to lighten up foundation that is a little too dark for my skin tone and it works great. Great review series!

I just realised why my foundation matched my skin perfectly at the MAC counter yet was far too pink when I got it home - I guess the assistant mixed up NC for NW. Such an informative video, thanks very muchly:) xx
I have been adding yellow to my foundations for the last year and its great now I can use any foundation brand I want and I just make it as yellow as I need a, my foundation options now are limitless. I have been using the OCC yellow color corrector for those who are looking for one.

This video was awesome. I needed to know this. I bought foundation that has more red, because they colored matched my face and it has a lot of pink. But my neck etc has more yellow and so you can see a color difference. I didn't want to have to buy new foundation and now I don't have to. Thanks so much for making this video.

THANK-YOU KOREN.. lol. I have a very obvious green undertone to my skin.. and it's very irritating to find a foundation to match my skin. So I will try this. The funny thing is some years ago I added a concealer that was green to a foundation once before and then it was my perfect shade. They no longer sell it now .. so now I can try this. AWESOME..!!

I love how detailed and educational your videos are! I recently dyed my hair bright pink and purple, and now my skin looks bluish-grey! What's the best way to counteract this? A warmer foundation?
Omigosh Koren! Thanks for this tip! I almost bought another shade of my foundation to mix, just to get the perfect shade for me! You saved me $60 bucks! I hate it when I find the perfect foundation formula for my skin type, but not find a perfect skin tone match! I actually thought I needed yellow to neutralize the pink (redness) in the foundation, but I guess green it is!

This video is so enlightening! Now I have so many questions. When you put the first swatch on your hand, it looked so dark. I was amazed that by adding green it was able to match your skin. My question is: How do you match your color even if the undertone is wrong?
