Conclusion : if you own a phone iphone 8plus or lower, is a good upgrade for the Xs ( since the price would probably drop alittle due to the launch of the 11pro) If u own a iphone X or Xs ( skip the 11 and wait for a 12 or 13) The new camera may be great but honestly not a big difference, the night mode is something new and ultra wide are the only things that makes a difference. The night modes seems a little buggy so they might fix it on the upcoming phones.

New case pre-ordered along with new lens ;-)

I upgraded. Noticeable real life camera improvement, but mostly upgraded for the better battery life. Every other parts of the phone feels better. Speedwise, around the same i guess, probably because the ios 13 is not yet optimised with the iphone 11 pro and there are some glitches here and there.
Love what you were saying about the native app feature for long exposure shots but you should mention that to your dev/ product team for your moment app, I’ve since replace the native app with the Moment app. Just a suggestion great videos as always

IMO, the only huge difference was with the time-lapse and night mode, which probably could be adapted in 3rd party apps for the XS, like you guys mentioned. I don't think it's worth the upgrade from the XS to the 11 Pro, but could you guys do a test with the X and the 11 Pro? I think that would probably show a larger difference. I have an X, but I'm not going to upgrade any time soon, unless next year's phone shows a major difference.
I don't know what optical/camera phenomenon is at play, but intense light sources get a sort of double exposure on the iPhone 11/Pro. I expect it has something to do with the lip around the lenses. Intense light sources appear twice in high contrast photos. You can see what I'm talking about at 6:30, where you can see a second version of the neon sign. What is up with that??

Great as always fellas! I think I am going to stick with my iPhone Xs because I use your Moment wide and tele lenses when shooting my short flicks and love them. I am going to get your anamorphic lens next! Also, I am very interested to see if they improved the Pixel 4 video camera and I am sure the photos are going to trump all phones. We'll see!

Just so you guys know, when cropping on the iPhone 11, it takes multiple photos on each lens so you can change it at a certain time.
