My maternal grandmother's yahrzeit is on 7 Adar, just like Moshe Rabbeinu. I always consider that a positive sign attesting to her soul and character. .
Joke on Hogwarts lol, got me off guard. I feel such a great urgency wheneever I see one of your videos related to the parashá that I inevitably dance with the intro music 🎵 kol tov rabi Breitowitz, kavod baTorah!
Thank you for the wonderful vort R' Breitowitz! If I i may, I'd like to request a small clarification. On the Gaon's drush that Eli consulted the Urim v'Tumim while Chana was davening, how do we reconcile two other statements the Rebbi shared earlier in the shiur that: 1. The Urim v'Tumim are only consulted for matters of national import. 2. The Urim v'Tumim only answer Yes or No. Thank you in advance!
1. it may be that they were not consulted per se. 2. that which he said earlier that the Urim v'Tumim only answer Yes or No is a bit inaccurate; i think he meant single words, as in, 'should i go up to fight?' - Answer: עלה [go up].
Moses’s name is not absent. Just as Hashem is alluded to in Megillah Esther, although the Yud Kay Vav Kay doesn’t appear in a singe word. Likewise In Partia Tezaveh the word Shoham (שהם) appears three times containing the letters of Moses’s name; these three letters also appear in the word Shamah (twice written), to commune (שמה). I hope this is not too speculative, I love your Shiurim. דוד שלמה בן גאולה

But there is no Tzadik in the names if the shevatim, so where would Yitzchok be written?
