Step 1: Get old TV
Step 2: Get amazon Fire TV w voice remote and HDMI_RCA Composite converter.
Step 3: Plug in peripherals and you effectively have a smart TV.

Nice video. The Pi zero has actually has a AV output built in. It's next to the camera connector and labeled TV. The pin next to its a ground you can use for the signal.

You know that you don't need HDMI converter for the Pi Zero? It already has analog output
So what extra step couod have been saved? Also any advantages installing hdmi con verter anyway? Lioe if you change the software for instance?
@@zil1832 the one using the HDMI converter, one disavantage is that you have to find a way to get audio (through USB Sound Card). Going the convert way, you also get audio by converting HDMI signal

First buy a converter
Second buy fire tv stick
Third pair it up
Fourth rock n roll

You could have got the LCD TV that has higher picture quality (720-1080p). The TV was about 40 inches. The LCD TVs had a HDMI port so you would not need to use a converter to connect the Raspberry Pi. But the first ever CRT tv that had smart features was cool!
crts are way cooler than modern lcds

one way you could improve this is soldering an rca cable to the pi 0w tv out pins, it completely negates the requirement of the hdmi to composite adapter
