Regardless of occupation, never ever will I give away any animal. They have feelings just like we do. If I find a stray, then come home with me and take care of them and my friend volunteers at a rescue and helps me get them spayed or neutered. All required vaccines and find homes for them. When I was in the hospital, my friends would bring a few to me and have a little visit, outside. I can't be that calous. If one brings an animal onto the household, one assumes to care for that for the rest of their natural life. Can't commit? Get a pet rock or a stuffed animal. Never torture an animal by ignoring it. They are not "accessories" but a live animal. Yes, this a deal breaker for me. And a barometer. Can't take care of a pet, will treat their offspring in the same fashion. And we all know how that turns out.
I like Rachel's idea about co-parenting the dogs. A lot of people would prefer that situation actually. That way she can keep the dog and not abandon him and give him 2 great families.
but shprt notice for emergency response deployment is VERY non optimal. One cannot schedule and plan well with good lead time where variables are animals and work is emergency response out of state. say she schedules the doggoes for every other month, then her work schedule hots those times as off and not on. No can do. If she was married or had committed family in state near her apartment/home, then yes but else generally no.
Richard another option is move inland, Murrieta, Temecula, Riverside and buy a house for 550k with your 300k down then your mortgage is around 2k not 5k. Just a thought, when you leave CA it's tough to get back in as prices keep rising and barely rise in most other states. Many who fled to TX, FL, AZ, want to come back now and can't, our prices keep going up while most other states have been stagnant and/or dropping so all things to consider. Sending Prayers.
I'm selling some XRP at $5 to clear my debt -lesson learned from the last bull run; not risking that again! I still hang on whether to sell or hold for the long term.
I think what you need is a financial advisor assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attaches
Yeah, Edit Csarnaine was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I made so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from Edit Csarnaine. She is my number one source when it comes to crypto and TA..
Whoa...It's quite motivating to see a comment on my tradder, Edit Csarnaine; she's an excellent financial advisor. I began investing in crypto because I had the honor of attending several of her workshops..
You all know her, then? I had our own house and car, and she made me.She's good. Her succ:ss story is widely known, and I must admit that her approach caught me off guard...
The caller who called in about selling her dogs could also give the dogs to a family member so she could still see them, either permanently or until she gets out of debt.
As a beginner investor, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Mary Patricia Hester is my trade analyst, she has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessment, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional
Love Rachel’s kind and creative answer to the dogs question. Also I can’t count the number of things John Deloney says he has spent his whole career doing….😅
He’s truly spent his career doing a lot. BK manager Working with the SWAT team, paramedics, and police department. HS teacher Elementary PE teacher Actor/ singer College prof College senior leader (multiple positions there) Track/basketball Coach He worked on the victims service unit doing crisis response in the middle of the night doing death notifications cleaning up body parts, and other really gruesome scenes. Dean of students at the Texas tech law (one of a few around the country who was asked to be the dean at a law school without being a lawyer) So it’s safe to say he’s had quite a lot of experience, and education to speak from. You can hear a lot about his careers in his books, or listening to his podcast if you want to know more but he’s done a lot!
Dental students can go thru the military and the military will pay for it. They sign up, go thru school and then they serve their country for 4 years. They can stay in the military or come out after 4 years and they are debt free.
Also, a natural answer for the caller with the dogs is for her to get a different job. As a dog owner I would never take a role that required me to travel 50% of the year
58:16 she just used the word “biz” and that’s a huge red flag if you ask me. Real successful business owners don’t refer to their company as “the biz” Just noticed she is in LA which explains a lot. They need to go get jobs.
Watching you guys has helped us realize we needed to sell our rental properties, pay off debt and work on putting the rest towards our primary home to get it paid off faster! We sold one, under contract for another and will yield a large amount from both which is exciting!!
Deloney are you insane!? "We spoil them for us". Absolutely not. Making sure your dogs are not alone for 12 hours a day (which is psychological torture to a dog!!) is not abut spoiling them, it is about HONORING the commitment that you made the this sentient being of taking care of them. A dog is a family member not a minor inconvenience. Get it together and stop recommending animal abuse. And no, you're not a "dog guy". Stop putting yourself in a fake " I get you positition" with every single caller. It is so dishonest and we feel it.
George would definitely want them to get rid of the dog just like he wants the 86 year old grandmas to get out there to work. Sometimes you just cant. Its not a one size fits all.
For the Blind Lady as soon as she said $45,000 car, I heard Dave's voice in my head immediately respond "sell the car". Also you're not so bad, you got until 70 to straighten things out with a big shovel. Rachel should immediately have given her the beans and rice speech, budget and cut down drastically and expenses. They're in the last stage of their career
This why people really need to think hard before they get puppies.glad she don't have kids! It's sad, how hosts are laughing about the dog, thank, God BOB BARKER isn't alive.
That guy should leave Orange County for sure. I was living paycheck to paycheck in Aliso Viejo and then down in Carlsbad in San Diego County for about 7 years. Now, I moved a little further inland and only spend about 35% of my income for a very comfortable lifestyle with no debt and while investing 33% of my income. Better take that advice to move.
Lisa, what you have to do is pay off your debt and pay off your house. You have enough years to do so. He should not retire until age 70 to maximize social security. Maybe get a less expensive car and a smaller house. Then you can live off of social security if you have no debt and a paid for modest home. This is a good enough salary to meet these obligations, but it's going to have to be sacrifice.
Is it just me, or does anyone else find John annoying? I want to hear how to address financial issues, not hear him come up with some emotional meaning behind everything. Such a time suck. Maybe he should just stick with his own show.
Then don’t watch when he’s on. Dave wants him there so get over it! Dr. John adds TREMENDOUS value when the emotional/relational calls do come in and he’s also saved a woman’s life who was in an abusive marriage with his former crisis responder skills so I don’t want to hear you complain about him being annoying.
@ actually there is a difference between licensed therapist and an unlicensed talk radio host. He doesn’t have to worry about his advice going sideways etc. I would never reach over a call and suggest what someone is feeling. It’s not ethical nor professional. So I do take offense to your statement. My clients are extremely important to me and are provided the best care!
Ben, YOU don't finance our daughter's dental school. SHE funds her dental school. Options: the military. The issue with dental school is CAN SHE DO MINUTE WORK IN SMALL SPACES? It's much easier to finance law school and get scholarships than for anything in the medical line. Many prospective dentists find they can do all the coursework but find they don't have the skills to actually do the minute work in small spaces which is what a mouth is. You cannot do medical and dental school by dropping in and out to earn money - they operate on a cohort system.
Gotta love people who grew up with money and will inherit money giving advice to broke people who grew up blue collar without a trust fund. This old hillbilly is financially independent and I ain’t born into money. Money is not near as complicated as Dave and his “family” - small f - make it. They are getting richer just selling common sense. Just because you are family to a marketing machine selling common sense does not make you an authority on how we need to pull ourselves up by the boot straps.
Sounds a lot like jealousy. And you seem to be the only person here with a chip on their shoulder over the content. Yet, you're a grown man wasting their time listening to something you disagree with. Maybe grow up and get a life dude.

How do most of you guys still make a profit in the financial market? Even with the downturn of the economy and ever increasing life standards
This is correct, Mary's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also, and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional
Yes, I agree with you. Her platform is wonderful and her strategies are exceptional.

And they serve as a dentist for the military. Just wanted to clarify that. Plus they are officers.
Keep the dogs!!!

sadly, agree

The woman going to dental school could go into the military and they'd probably pay the dental debt for certain years of service

Rachel, you have lost your ever loving mind! The dogs got to go. The poor puppies, literally locked away half a year? How inhumane
She has a pet sitter. They’re not “locked away.” Could you be more dramatic, Jessica?
Locked away? She doesn't stick them in a crate without food and water, they have e a dog sitter. 🤣🤣🤣
It’s not fair for the dogs! She should’ve let John get his point out early in the call
Agree..Agree...Agree!
Not getting married wouldn’t make a break up hurt any less.

John is very uninterested, not listening, more focused on thinking something smart to say instead of really listening and helping..
No way Rachel!!!!
10000 a year for a dog that's simple math. Especially with a 100000 in debt
Or just do the dental school for free in Finland. They even pay your living here.
Asking your kid for money for a 2nd home is low.
