I loved this video! This girl "gets it." Her playing style is SO SMOOTH and fits the composition so well without coming close to stepping on it (with the usual "look what I can do"). I could listen to her for hours and will if she has any other content out there. I clicked on this because I have this bass, but she makes it sound a lot better than I do. Kyung-Ah, NEOL JOHAHAE!🤩

Yep! I love how she puts all the "one trick pony" complainers to rest. MM basses/pickups are super versatile. Anybody who thinks otherwise needs to tighten up on their playing techniques

ykabass is IU's bass player on the IU Palette series. ykabass is very much in the back gound but her playing jumps out at you. Love it.

Yes, Me too. It took a bit of help from my AI assistant but got there, There are also Bass Cams of her playing on IU's Palette shows. Very tasteful player. Makes me want to play bass again. Also look at "Mix - The jacksons - Lovely One" for ykabass playing MJ style.

May be already too late but I’ll put it out there that I’ve never found that my single humbucker lacked for anything. Plus the forward humbucker makes slapping weird for me.
