USAID's PS3+ Project improves service delivery at Buhigwe Primary School through a Suggestion Box.

Through USAID'S PS3+ project in collaboration with the government of Tanzania students at Buhigwe Primary School in Kigoma can now boost of clean water, better toilet facilities and classrooms. The existence and use of suggestion boxes and complaint registers in public schools and health facilities in Kigoma has increased from 10% in 2020 to 70% in 2023 bringing about infrastructural development and provision of better basic services to the community.
