- Welcome to the Runna podcast with your hosts, Ben Parker and Anya Culling!
The podcast aims to interview and explore amazing individuals in the running community, share coaching tips and have fun, silly running conversations.
In today's episode we dive deep into:
- Anya's inspiring journey from casual runner to elite marathoner, including her incredible marathon time improvement from 4:34 to 2:36!
- Ben's background in fitness, triathlons to Ironman's, to co-founding the runner Company Runna!
- And of course, our running-related "would you rather" questions, embarrassing running stories submitted by you guys and a great final question that we will be asking all our guests, so stick around to hear that!
Please get yourselves stuck in and send through your own embarrassing stories to podcast@runna.com
Catch you next week for Episode 2!
I would love to hear about the Nick Bester fall out.
What happened?
Very excited about your podcast! Subscribed!! 💕
Top stuff! Can see why Anya has such amazing running skills from her previous sporting endeavours like hockey 👍🏼
So inspiring to hear Anya’s story!
Now this is very exciting 🎉happy Friday. Thank you Runna ❤
So impressed with her achievement but every podcast has left me wanting to know more about her story? From 4h34 in London 2019 to 2h36 in 2022 and all she said is "I was so naive I had no idea what I was doing"? I feel like she did have some idea? 😅
I feel the same way!
Agree, not running at all to signing up for a marathon with no training in itself is crazy, my body would of taken months to recover if I’d never ran over 5k before
@@kriz1234 iiinteresting. I’ll keep that “allegedly” in mind, but definitely feels like that’s a detail that would make this story add up a bit more accurately.
Listening before my long run ❤
I don't feel satisfied I feel like there's so much more to your story that you're not telling us!
Nice. Get Ben Felton on!
Great stuff.... However, please sort out the auto focus going in and out all the time... Somewhat distracting
Is there a non Spotify/Apple link to subscribe to the audio podcast? an rss link or similar?
