Hannah Frankson: From Track Star to Peloton Instructor | The Runna Podcast

Not sure why this popped up for me, but no.. Use the bench as a tri base putting one knee on one end not the side, one hand on the bench, and planting one foot instead of planting both feet. If your goal is to maximize hypertrophy, you don't want to retract the scapula as shown here, you want a deep stretch and full protraction for better ROM and more flexibility. This demonstration defeats the purpose of being stronger in full ROM with full mobility

Can u show me some tips on good running/fitness
This video very much feels like a tennis match with the constant change of camera shot each time someone else is talking. It's quite disorientating. I'd much prefer a camera shot that gets everyone in the frame rather than the choppy and sudden editing.
