The junkyard that I go to is a family run deal. And it the most organized one ever. It's all done by what brand/make of vech. All the Ford trucks are in one place next to the Ford cars the same way with the chevy, dodge cars and trucks. I've been there so many times they know me by name and always give me a really good deal on what ever I'm looking for.
This was my kind of vlog. Good job. I know you don`t have a wrecked car in your yard every day but this was great content.

On the inside of that trunk lip edge, are a series of spotwelds that secure the quarter panel, would have made replacing it much easier
My parents have a 93 manual 3cyl Geo metro, Its a fun Tiny car i mean it has 12 inch wheels and like 7 inch drum brakes, its only problem is every seal needs replacing on the engine

Put a tow hitch on the town car, Had one on my 05 and they tow pretty well

I had a 1996 Town Car from 2006 to 2011. I loved it. But I had to sell it when the blender door failed on the HVAC system. It wasn't worth the cost to repair it.

As for tire noise, I've got some Interco Super Swampers that sound about the same. Look bitchin', but suck at highway manners.

You should have just bought the White car in the Junk yard and swapped motor and trans. The Junk car looked in fair shape. Just kidding I would not have even fixed the old car. I know that the old beast has some value to you but you are going to have to make a choice one day about how much time and money You want to spend on that beast!
Nice work Craig. What motor is in these Lincolns anyway? Wonder if you could poach that one in the junkyard and transplant it into an old Falcon or Fairlane or something? You know Luke has transplanted the floor shifter into more than one Big Block FE with no problems. He has a 390 in both his Maverick and the one old F-100 and the F-100 he's had running for years with that in it [Thunderhead289 Luke]. Ask him what he thinks about that. May work as a hotrod build for something for fun. :-)

Was just saying, Luke's manual transmission in his Trucks and in that 390 Maverick are all from those Mustang 5 Liter jobs [he likes to bang gears but loves the overdrive on the highway with those tranny's]. lol
