    Hello friends
    If you'd like to check out any of the gear we use on our multi day hiking adventures we've included the links to our most used equipment in the description of this video.
    We never recommend anything we don't use or have not used ourselves over our many years of adventure.
    By using the links we share we'll get a small commission which really helps us keep these videos coming.
    We appreciate your support ❤️🙏
    Stephy and Leigh

      We did though about it (many people on the Bibbulmun recommended it too) but regarding fuel prices we won’t make it to the center. We have few commitments in Brisbane n Melbourne later on…

    I currently hike in a pair of Altras. Are the Hokas better in Grizzly & Bear Expedition’s opinion?

    • @GrizzlyNbearOverland

      I've tried both the Hoka and Altra with Altra being my first choice.
      Stephy is using Hokas for the first time but I don't think she'll get them again.

    Just discovered your channel! This video was a great insight about the Fraser island great walk. I must ask, Did you have any issues with dingoes during your walk? Stalking you or hanging around camp?

    • @GrizzlyNbearOverland
      @GrizzlyNbearOverland  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No problem at all with the dingoes. We have seen severals during our stay on the island. Not during the hike. They really mind their own business.

    Hi again to you both. 🤗
    Have you tried wearing waterproof socks?
    Thanks for sharing the best Island on the east coast. Not many travel the island outside of their metal boxes. Hopefully this might encourage visitors to use leg power to see the inland gems without the roar of an engine impeding on their tranquility. 👍🏻🙏🦘

    • @GrizzlyNbearOverland
      @GrizzlyNbearOverland  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks heaps mate. We've thought spot the waterproof socks actually but never tried yet.
      Have you tried? We thought they might be a bit sweaty...
      In deep water the water will come above the socks anyway I guess.

    Please consider the health of the older readers (blokes)...seeing that French girl sans bikini top does place extra stress on the ticker.
    Gorgeous Steph should consider publishing a camping cooking book for the itinerant Roast Beef....using French cuisine as the selling point.
