No need . once you have PIN number you can work anywhere.Adapatation/aptitude test is to get a PIN number .

It depends on employer what they want you to do .MOstly for hospitals it’s adaptation and for nursing home it’s aptitude test.

Hello. You mentioned that the fees of aptitude test is around 2500 euro.
What about the fees for Adaptation program.? Pls reply 🙏
If you do adaptation in a hospital and work in the same hospital no need for any fees ,but if you do adaptation in a hospital for PIN number and after get PIN you work in different hospital then you have to pay for adaptation.

Minnu Roy Hi dear I have come to Ireland in 2017 and that time we had to have registration from the state where we worked
But most recently a few of my friends applied for NMBI with out registration from the state and they self explained in the NMBI pack itself
And they all got decision letter . So I think it’s ok in that way

Ireland or UK better for experienced nurse
UK has a far bigger Indian population than Ireland,including nurses,so socially it may make settling in easier.Salary is higher In Ireland but so cost of living ,so basically you,d be about equal financially in either country.
And mostly its personal preference to choose UK or Ireland,For me I like Ireland than UK ☺️
