It will be 12 hrs duty mostly
In some areas you may have 13 hrs day and 11 hrs night shift
Anyway only two shifts day and night

It depends on your employer,some employers demand hospital experience and also consider bed capacity of hospital.But if you are looking for a nurse home job in Ireland it won’t be a problem most of the time.
