Wen you get new work permit your old one cancel automatically. So you don’t need to do anything to cancel it .

You can break contract after you complete one year in private nursing home . This one year is calculated from the date you received your critical skill work permit .

Yes I cleared interview on 10 th month but I’ve joined there only after 12 months .

Same as other nurses . You can apply for stamp 4 after two years even though you have completed this two years under two different employers

@@aanandyohannan6879 yes you can send both . Even though new critical skill is valid for one more year you will get stamp 4 . You shouldn’t have longer gap between two jobs , that’s the only criteria they are looking for .
They will ask you to send back your the new original critical skill permit which is still valid for another year once you receive stamp 4 .

@@danyjacob9557 usually u have to complete one year then you can change employer. And regarding aptitude test fee they might ask you to pay it before u leave (But all these depends on their policy ) .

One is private and the other is HSE ,so it’s your decision to choose between both .You must be knowing what two employers offered in terms of salary and other allowances. So choose one which fulfill your preferences.

Binol P Joseph From all previous employers dear ,then only they will calculate your years of experience and then decide your HSE salary scale accordingly .
But you must need one reference letter from last employer and one from any of your old employers.
