Backyard Makeover: Erosion Solutions For Beginner Gardeners

Once upon a time, we had nothing in our backyard except for moss, weeds, clay soil, a ton of rocks in the soil and weirdly aggressive bugs that bite (not mosquitos).
Near the end of Covid, we grew tired of our wild yard that we never really want to enjoy, because we couldn't.
After a surgery I had September 2022, I decided to start an herb garden. This got me curious about raised bed gardening and so I built two of them. Soon after, I began tapping into my family green thumb, and before I knew it --- I had started a raised bed garden....or so I thought.
I had no idea how to plan, design, grow, build anything, so I would ask questions from community farmers, look stuff up on TH-cam or just trial and a lot of error. This video takes place in late spring 2024, two years after the creation of the garden. The mics arrived in time to later add better audio. At 6:11, the audio significantly improves, ha!
