My grandson would love this. We have something similar hear in northern Michigan called the the old steam engine show and they have children interactive activities. He loved it and such a great way to teach history! At least it got him away from his tablet! Thanks for sharing.

Not a bad looking homestead for being 285 years old. Built in 1738. I love the old homes and their way of living. Thanks for showing us around.

Love the history and displays of the time period.
I remember those meridian stars people would hang on their porches during Christmas I think it was around Lebanon late seventies.

Wow, what a great place, and numerous fascinating historical artifacts too. The kitchen fireplace and oven is amazing. And the demonstrations of old time cider making, woodworking, etc, were all very cool. Thanks as always, Cliff!

Great old homestead! There's another similar event this weekend "MARKET FAIRE & RENDEZVOUS
    LIVING HISTORY WEEKEND
SATURDAY & SUNDAY"- Jacobsburg- near Nazareth PA, in your area. Always a great event and the weather is supposed to be spectacular!

Thank you for keeping our history alive with great videos. Seems like so much is not being taught in schools anymore. Good job my friend.👍. 🇺🇸

I love these reenacting historic events and locations. I recommend the Goshenhoppen festival. A really good authentic historic PA Dutch demonstration festival - look it up.

I was in Gettysburg that day and the rain stopped around 12:30 and the rest of the day was nice. Hope it did the same for you. Loved that house with all the rooms. Hope Jon can do a Christmas video of it. I like apple cider, especially made like that. Did you try it? I'm not asking about the cornbread,I think you sampled that a lot. 😊 Thanks for a nice video.❤❤❤

I absolutely love these fairs. We had The Feast of the Hunters moon here in Indiana. It gets huge. So much fun. Thank you for a very nice trip.

Oh my! I was asked to be there as a demonstrator, but I already had something going that day. Too bad I missed you!! There used to be marble (?) fireplace mantle up on the second floor. I was always curious how they got that thing up there.
