in 10:38, I can load the table and get the permission. I don't know whay it doesn't show delete, I cannot delete the row I created. What is the reason?
Hey Brian, I got a scenario that I can seem to resolve. Hoping you can lend some thoughts. I got 2 pages. Page one “My stuff”… I have a table permission set to authenticate user so user can only see and edit their records via lookup Contact. This works fine. I got a second page. User are able to see (no edit) everyone’s records.. still authenticated. However. It seems to not work as intended as the tables permissions is stuck from the (1), any user can edit everyone else. Any idea? Bascially I cant create multiple table permissions for authenticated users for the same table
Hello Brian! Great video! Can you tell me how I can have a column in my list that contains a URL that I can click on to open a web page? I don't want the user to see the whole URL but just hyperlink text that when clicked on will take them to the site. Thank you! Wayne
Thank you so much for this video. I am struggling with a gallery which I have filtered based on the selection of a master gallery. I am trying to create a button outside of the filtered gallery to either show/hide based on the filtered gallery value. When I use the following formula (gallery2.selected.valuetype.value = “value.text”) under the visible property of the Button, the formula returns only the first row of the gallery. I want the formula to return the second row of the gallery. Is it possible to do this?
Thank you very much for this video series ! A few weeks ago, we were thinking about creating a sort of "Intranet" site for our MSP customers, and we were about to do this with a Sharepoint site. Then Power Pages came along, but we are having the same kind of trouble with both of them. We would like to restrict access to the whole site to our customers only, not just certain parts of it. The best thing would be to be able to grant access to their entire Tenant. Is there any way we could do this ? It seems like Power Pages would suit this need better than Sharepoint, on which we found a way to hide many menus, but not Site Usage and Site Contents, which is weird by the way :)
You can make it a private portal where only certainly people with an invite are allowed to enroll. You can also restrict what IPs are allowed to even see the portal. Hopefully that solves it for you.
@@PragmaticWorks Sadly it seems that there is only the possibility to restrict access with IP for now, as that's the only thing that I see in the admin center. There used to be a way to manage permissions for specific pages via a "component" window, but they must have removed it. There are other admin panels that should come a little later, but it will be outside of our 30-day test period. Seems like a nice product anyway! :)
Is there any way in which this list could be styled?
When I preview my list, all of the data is shown in the first column (vertical) instead of horizontally. Can you help? Thank you!
what if we dont have any look up columns, and how to create a realtionship?
