I love blursed mode, its incredibly underrated. And fun as hell!! Managed to get to 95 levels with about 6 blessings. And 19 or so curses, love the game its just so unique
I finally just unlocked Blursed mode, after my one cursed run ending on level 117 to a hydra after I've given up burst, heroes reviving with just 1 hp and adding a ton of buffs to the enemies. It was a fun time. I also met and killed my first Hand that run (with 21 curses at the time). Eventually what did me in was a Hydra and 2 Fanatics and I just didn't have a way to handle a Hydra easily. I'm glad you enjoyed your Blursed run! Your units will reset to level 1 and you lose all your (non-curse/blessing) items after completing a loop by the way.
im so thankful for this series. i picked up the game 1h ago and on my first run i had 72mana turn one on the dragon^^. this game is amazing for allowing that
That final fight was BRUTAL. When you realized you could get six mana, I thought you might try the revive the Valkyrie play, that maaaay have been enough to hold out, although still not likely. A valiant effort though!

I would love to see more blurse/curse mode from you. There's an insane variety of interesting situations that arise from the various curses and blessings. Some of them really force you to change up your whole strategy. Just for fun, my blurse high score is sitting at 96 right now :) I want to see you complete at least one loop & experience how the game plays from there.
I thought I would get to keep my team as well as the blessings when you start again, but it strips you of all your power except the blessing, and I was sad and just quit :P
Hmm, I haven't seen that final boss before and I have no idea what you're supposed to do to beat that. Feels like your run has to be totally broken. I bet this boss is a breaker of winstreaks in the future.
Sorceror + any source of rerolls clowns all over The Hand. In general, heroes with exploitable high-power-sides-with-low-pip-count-to-compensate are really strong against The Hand. It’s the heroes who rely on Big Number Go Brrr sides that get screwed over by The Hand- going from Shield 6 to Shield 7 is nowhere near as good as going from Reroll 1 to Reroll 2.
@@L0608948 Right, fair point, that's what would be strong here, but overall I feel like the big hit builds are better against the other final bosses, and since you don't know in advance, you can't plan your build around which final boss you'll get, which means you have to try to hedge, and it seems like this boss would be too punishing for hedging strategies.
I've had a total of 2 good challenges. They were pretty nothing enemies and the item in each was particularly synergistic with the given current run, just by chance.
When he did his 10 damage cleave, around 50 minutes in, could retro have used the Valkyrie’s (can’t die this turn) dice to prevent the berserker from dying. Not trying to backseat, just trying to get a gist of how the game mechanics work together.
Full petrify? Just cleanse the character. /s You think the Dragon is bad, but from what I've gathered, the Dragon is considered one of the easiest final bosses in the game, arguably with Hexonia. Well played, hope to see more from you! :D
hey, i don't know if you've noticed this, but the new Slice & Dice 2.0 videos aren't being added to the Slice & Dice 2.0 playlist. i think that is really lowering the amount of views you get on these videos, maybe even halving the amount, which is sad, bc you deserve those views. the last video in the playlist as of now has double the views of the other videos, the reason for that is probably because people are trying to find the other videos.

Statue is really good when you get a spell that says "all xs are". there's one that gives you shield and heal

you could see that whenever he used the can't die that the 10dmg turned to 5 dmg since the berserker didn't die anymore so the die bonus was gone
