    Hi Joy, you often suggest cutting out cow's milk from one's diet, but what if it's raw milk? Raw milk and pasteurized/homogenized milk are two very different things (ie. just like distilled or tap water versus spring water). I'd love to hear your take on (grass-fed) raw vs pasteurized milk. Thanks!

    Great video! I cut cow's milk dairy out of my diet a few months ago and the difference it made for my skin was AMAZING. Instantly I stopped getting cystic acne, the redness on my cheeks has reduced, and overall my complexion is much improved. I already avoid packaged and processed foods and alcohol, but I'm finding gluten to be the most difficult thing to reduce... any tips?

    I have been struggling to find a milk alternative because I can't stand almond milk and I finally found cocunut milk and love it . I actually converted my husband over who was a big whole milk . I found a great coconut milk based ice cream as well . I really enjoy your videos ( thank you )

    Just curious if you eat a 100% gluten free diet or if you eat gluten containing grains once and a while?

    Mainly because breads and pastas have been staples in my diet. I eat brown rice and quinoa, and I can buy g/f pasta, but bread is especially difficult since we make our own bread.

    You should consider linking videos you've done in the past. For example, you talked about almond milk, you should link your almond milk video that way people can learn more and it will propel people to watch other videos you have made :)

    Great video, thankyou I've suffered from acne since 13, now im 26 and still going mainly back,chest,shoulders .
    Cow milk 2% is where I get most of my calcium, and i notice i do break out when i consume it. Do you know of other product that I could switch instead of cow milk, but that still contains the calcium, which is very important for me.
    Thank you in advance and I'd love to hear more from you, where is deep he best place to contact you, i love your videos.

      +Iris Zhang (Weisi) Although fermented foods like yogurt and kefir are a great source of probiotics, for the purpose of finding out if you do better without dairy, it's best to cut these out for a period of time. :)

    Why do all these videos say to avoid the sane things I avoid already but my skin gets breakout every month it's due to period but I exercise eat clean organic raw vegan drink on ly water or some ginger tea I make with the root do colonics supplement and avoid man made products or chemicals. Then there's fat people who eat poorly and have good skin

      Vkei+fitness It's also genetics and sometimes the situation the person is in. Like by situation I mean, maybe they get 8 hours of sleep and have limited stress or work out or do something to help their skin like that

    • @starlitzone
      @starlitzone 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Marc Lloyd not me I sleep more than 8 hours usually 10 at least and workout daily almost if no time to workout I'll walk to work for 1 hour and a half atleast. My job is stress free at a library

    • @marcolloyd2956
      @marcolloyd2956 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Vkei+fitness How old are you?? And it also depends on age and genetics. You can do as much of those things I said earlier but acne won't fully stop without your genetics determining it

      try avoiding coffee, tea and chocolate. There are some articles saying that these three things could be causing acne. Since everybody is different, these foods might affect you more than when compared to others. Go without them for at least two weeks and see if it makes a difference
