Thank you for this. Finally a video that actually explains things clearly. I have grown tired of hour long videos that have a hard time explaining.....anything. All you are left with is a million empty words and no answers. So thank you again, Sir and keep up the good work.
whow what a super informative video , not too fast not too slow just perfect !! lookingforward to seeing more great vids . keep them coming.......dave jackson
Really well done, please do the same type of video for a tandem wing, having one forward wing and one rear wing (instead of the more usual main wing and tailplane), with full-span control surfaces on the forward wing serve as combined elevators and flaps and ailerons being located inboard on the rear wing? This would be amazing as its hard to wrap ones mind around how the Rutan Quickie Q1,Q2,Q200 and other tandem wing control surfaces work etc.
This is such an amazing video! It was so easy to understand the topic. I have to ask, how do you create those graphics? They make the whole video's information actually stay in my brain.
Omg I love this channel already! one question though, at 3:05 the A10's flaps look different than the other plane model, is it different? it looks like its extending out instead of bending.
No. The flaps change the aerodynamics of the plane directly by creating drag/lift. The elevators simply direct the rear of the plan either up or down which results in tilt.
some late information. at 2:28, this is not the cg; it is the center of MASS (c-m). cg is a span-wise line of balance that is specific to when an aircraft is flying, and its mass is 'supported by' the main wing.
It is reasonable. Take a loan and you’re gonna pay it back no problem with your salary. Unless you’re just talking private then you gotta just get your money up.
For some strange reason I understand someone who is NOT speaking perfect English so much better...maybe it's because you use 'plain' English ? Speaking a little more slower also helps me. Thanks for finally teaching me about flaps and their 'secondary use' at last, I had so many problems understanding their use compared to ailerons ! ( Or maybe I'm just dumb ???... )
The pilot would roll the aircraft using something called the trim, this allows the aircraft to be permanently rolling in one direction to counteract the weight, but usually, the heaviest weaponry that would cause this is placed near the middle of the aircraft meaning very minimal trim is needed.
did you mean full strip ailerons.? if so, full strip ailerons are typically used only on cropdusters. where, extreme (low-speed) maneuverability is needed. i.pinimg.com/736x/5b/f4/6a/5bf46a0812081dc51a01bad0ad36d5cf--tattoo-ideas.jpg
To make them turn faster, they're actually elevons, all the movements are controlled by a computer to make the desired maneuver commanded by the pilot, that's called fly-by-wire, if the pilot controlled these airplanes manually they could enter a stall or simply lose control.
This channel has some of the best, most comprehensive aircraft explanation videos I've seen. Keep up the great work!

Love to see more of this kind!
Plus go into more details on the types of flaps and the differences between them
amazing your all videos are simple understanding then any other youtuber
I found the beginning a bit intense, but you settled down and I found the rest of the video worthwhile. Thanks
My Aerospace professor is having us watch this video, good work!
Great! Enjoy.
I needed this for a project and it was PERFECT! thanks!
Glad I could help!
I like your video videos
And this video is very knowledgeable
Thank you for making this
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Full support from #India🇮🇳
The way it is explained is just fantastic!
Amazing explanation. Thank you,
im so happy that I found for my project about planes

Thanks so much. Now I understand how aeroplane rolls and turns. 👍🏽
1st! ,,...of your videos I commented on.. )lol) great video 📹
Thanks. Well done explanation. New pilot here for rc planes.
wonderful demonstration on control surfaces
Top Video, clear explanation! THanks!
This is much better bro you're a rockstar
good
come up with more New concepts.waiting for future upload
Thank you for animating this stuff
So impressed by this video. Amazing graphics.
Hello sir... Please make video like this which are more helpful & useful to Aeronautical engineering students...
Would love to see the future videos. :D
So can I use the ailerons as elevators on a normal plane like on a wing ?or will they just act as air brakes or more linear acting elevator
Thanks. This video is extremely useful.
Excellent stuff bro
succinct, to the point, very good. Kept the words to a minimum.
Superb videos..Totally awesome
Love this video, is so easy to understand...thanks a lot
Love your videos, do you make the plane models yourself in 3d. Blender. You are obviously good at video editing. Did you teach yourself?
Thak u so much brother... i love this video without music. i advice u from my hart to study u about Islam.
thank you for you valuable information ... Ive suscribed ,.
Omg I love this channel already! one question though, at 3:05 the A10's flaps look different than the other plane model, is it different? it looks like its extending out instead of bending.

You should do more videos like this! Good job guys!!
Which FS(Flight simulator) do you use to present? I'll ask other creators to watch your videos to understand how good this is. It's a win-win for us.
Do leading edge planes go up and down in fighters?
You explained very well , 🙏
You have any more good yokes to share?
Thanks beautiful video 👍
Nice I want to see more like this and conceptual videos
Very informative video. Would love to see more.
I want to make a mix that will drop ailerons somewhat with flaps using Ethos.
Thank you!!
Make a video how works landings.....
Very nice si informational! I want to ask how can you make video of 3d airplane for video editing and for youtube?
AWESOME VIDEO!!!
it helped me a lot to make my own rc plane
Very clear explanation. 👌
Hello and thank you a lot for the video. It explains everything pretty clear and concise!
Q: What was the simulation software you use for this video?
Great description! Very helpful, thanks. :)
Hi,Any video on landing lesson of RC planes
So elevators and flaps do the same job?
No. The flaps change the aerodynamics of the plane directly by creating drag/lift. The elevators simply direct the rear of the plan either up or down which results in tilt.
thanks for the good work. please can make a video on rotary flight and inverted flight
Reminds me the PPL groundschool
thank you so much.
it really helped.
Than you very much for the explanation
some late information. at 2:28, this is not the cg; it is the center of MASS (c-m).
cg is a span-wise line of balance that is specific to when an aircraft is flying, and its mass is 'supported by' the main wing.
very well presented and thank you!
Solid work!
Would you please explain how the slow flight work.
Very good explanation
Thanks this really helped me build my rc plane
Best video🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Which metal is stronger: aluminum or steel with the same weight and size?
Do you think about making a foam plane which has only yaw and elevator? For beginners. Nice video by the way, keep up the good work👍
I love airplanes with ailerons, gives better control.
Simplicity is key for beginners
Which animation software do you use pls tell me
What simulator do you use
Very helpful. Thank you from air scout Kuala Lumpur.
I wish Airplane license had had reasonable price to apply.
Just make a rc one real easy mabye like 60$ bucks
It is reasonable. Take a loan and you’re gonna pay it back no problem with your salary. Unless you’re just talking private then you gotta just get your money up.
Flying is expensive
Thank you for the easy explain
Quite interesting.
Thank u so much for these information
Thank you.

Thanks for your comment
Very good
I love this video
Awesome video...
which game is used in this video
Super useful!
I wanted to know what the mechanism which control the flaps looks like.
Great graphics mate!
Loved it 😍
thank y for this great video
but Please give us subtitles in Korean, too.
thanks 🙏🏻
How we can know relation between these axis and the primary control surface
how to calculate thrust and wing surfaces
what happens when a fighter fires a heavy missile or bomb off one wing ? what does a pilot do about the sudden weight difference ?
The pilot would roll the aircraft using something called the trim, this allows the aircraft to be permanently rolling in one direction to counteract the weight, but usually, the heaviest weaponry that would cause this is placed near the middle of the aircraft meaning very minimal trim is needed.
Nice vid
Elevators controls pitching and ailerons controls rolling...your video explains the other way round creating confusion
i love your videos!
how does a plane balance midair?
Amazing
good graphics and explantion
explanation
Does anybody know which flight simulator hes using? or the mods hes using?
Explain full ailerons
did you mean full strip ailerons.? if so, full strip ailerons are typically used only on cropdusters. where, extreme (low-speed) maneuverability is needed.
i.pinimg.com/736x/5b/f4/6a/5bf46a0812081dc51a01bad0ad36d5cf--tattoo-ideas.jpg
nice
Why jet fighters control the elevators individually ? like one elevator generates downforce and tre other generates lift
To make them turn faster, they're actually elevons, all the movements are controlled by a computer to make the desired maneuver commanded by the pilot, that's called fly-by-wire, if the pilot controlled these airplanes manually they could enter a stall or simply lose control.
muito bem explicado e nao falo ingles
Where does this images come from ? The Last windows flight simulator ?
No, Xplane 11
