I don't know how I didn't come across this video sooner. Perfect video my friend. I've been wondering what color would suit my needs. Viper Red was what I was eyeballing and this just helped me make my mind. 😮
I don't know either, this algorithm online is a hard thing to figure out lol. I'm glad you got some information out of it dude. Check out this company called tamco. They have some awesome paint dude. Great great stuff and a great price.
Been driving my truck for over 20 years, it has some dings and all but has been in primer for years. I am so ready for color and single stage might be the ticket.
It is a really cool thing. One plus is if you are a DIY guy and your painting outside or in a "not so clean" environment it's pretty forgiving. The other day I had a big bug fly kamikaze style right into a hood, I sprayed right over him and it buried his butt. He's still there today lol.
I'm 💯 sure. I recently had a Samsung phone and when I watched the video on there it was different looking than my apple computer at home. To be completely transparent I ordered a gallon of each and a quart and they were from different batches and we're slightly different in color.
You’re a team player buying all that paint and showing differences. I actually bought their paint chip print out so I could compare the paint vs Internet pictures. I never knew those things were called speed buddies.
Thanks for the comment. In all fairness I had two family members wanting to paint something in red at the same time so we pooled together and ordered the three reds we liked to see the difference. I think the little shapes are called speed bodies or speed shapes.

Thanks for the video. I've been debating between the Summit Racing red paints and your video helps me make my decision!
Thanks, I appreciate the comment and the feedback. Glad you got something out of it

Good video telling us tips most people dont do. I would like to see you compare other cheaper automotive paint.
Send me some brand you are considering and if I can get them locally I'll give them a try
One more question... what would be the best primer color for red.... gray or red oxide? thanks
Love these videos
Strange, by the pic of them in the background Viper Red looks to be more red and much darker than the other two! Sure you didn't get them mixed-up?

Comment for the algorithm. Good info
Being color blind I'm wondering why I even bother
Best comment ever, thank you.
