The point of customer service is sooo true. I'm not talking about doing stuff that you didn't even say you were going to do but doing WELL what you said you would do. So very important.
What’s the way to unstop an ac drain. Do you use the same same snake right next to the air handler that you use to unclog disgusting bathtubs and lavatories with? I’m not carrying around one of those disease farm shop vacs in my truck and a lot of ac drains for some reason are not even glued together so blowing them out can be risky? Appreciate any feedback
I've never found or worked for a really good plumber with a marketing budget. Turns out, they care more about lead generation through marketing than doing a good job to generate leads by word of mouth. I'd expect such a corporate analysis from someone with a "Ferguson" sign behind them! Lol But in all seriousness, the second a plumber puts one dollar into marketing, that's one dollar their customer has to pay for no benefit. If you want to be a millionaire, just don't jerk around the widow women on fixed income And yes, I was told by a plumbing company that while they ran an ad for a $99 drain clean, I MUST leave the house with at least $250 for my time. They literally used their ad to get us in the door and we were supposed to up sale to $250. Plumbers with marketing departments are the scourge of the trade. If you can't grow by word of mouth, your customer is not liable for your marketing budget, and honestly you should do something you're better suited for. Like telemarketing
Every company should market to let people know about their services. Not a bait and switch. Plain marketing. Ferguson sponsors some videos. And I chose to work with them because of their great service to our company. Not much corporate analysis, just trying to help out people in the trades.
