Good install video. Just installed the Bosch router table on the right side of my Delta table saw today. I have the Delta 36-725 but the older version not the T2. With the split rail, I was able to just uninstall the right side of the rail and not have to mess with the power switch. Looks like the T2 is also split. I like the Bosch table as the slots were already there to accept 1/4" bolts that I drilled through the angle iron on both sides of the saw. 4 bolts on front side and 3 on back. Solid install.

You can use the front two leg holes for mounting the plastic, and use small angle brackets and tap 1/4- 20
Directly into the Delta crossbar.... Then it's really solid doesn't vibrate and you can still use your saw fence without that annoying sound....

Great instructions -- what is 60 32 of an inch?

So when I added the router table to my Delta table saw I placed bolts into the holes that leg bolts would go through and the bolted angle iron to them that goes under the cross bar and it doesn't move at all.

Just a heads up…I finally got around to putting the router onto the table saw and didn’t go together as easy as it seemed for others. I found out that the one piece rail system puts that crossmember out about an extra inch compared to the stock 2 piece. I had to remove the furthest out bolt and slightly rotate it down to get it all level. Cranked down the single bolt holding it in place and it’s not going anywhere. I’ll likely go back through and put a bolt through the side like you did and will take place of the one I had to take out. Still wouldn’t trade the one piece because the setup was sooo much easier.

Can you elaborate? Don't understand your issue

@@MikeTheSith200 I bought the one piece rail and used it instead of the stock two piece. The holes for the cross member was just slightly different than what I believe stock is. It is just a little further out from the table. If I left it in place then the router table was tilted up and no way that I could be flat and in line with the table saw. So I removed the furthest out bolt and rotated it down a little. The center on the sides of the router has a cut out section that is narrow than at the corners. If left in place it sits on the curve where the cut out curves back. I believe the stock two piece sits fully in the cut out section.

@kiyot78 ohhh. I had considered the one piece but 200 on top of 600, don't think it will affect me that much. Thanks for clarity

Gonna have to go take a 2nd look when I get a chance though. I now think I may be able to turn the member where the bar is still upside but on the inside of the bolts instead of the outside.

I may try this if I run across a table. When using the router, do you use the table saw fence?

I do not but you certainly could. I usually just attach the kobalt fence so that I have the dust collection.

Hehe, looks like you scored the Lowe's deals for a few Delta table saws and Metabo miters.
