To watch it done by “real” people…in real time shows how talented one must be to do it…making it worthy of the original. For years to hear it casually played on the radio it becomes in a sense…a “just there” taken-for-granted tune…but, to see it done out in the real world shows what a master work this really is…and the skill that is needed to pull it off well.
