This was very helpful. I noticed that on my canopy 3 of the 4 legs had buttons that were slightly bent upwards, and by making them level, they slid in and out of the hole much easier. Thank you for this video! You saved me about 80 bucks for a new one.
Thanks for this - had exactly the same problem with our friends canopy which we had borrowed..😱. This video solved our problem and it is all fixed! 🙌🏼!
Thank you for uploading this. I just opened a brand new canopy with two that appear to be missing. I figure it can't hurt to open it up first to see if they just fell down into it
thanks for the vid, i was able to pull the one that was stuck inside and move it back into posistion. we found a junk canopy that was free which had the parts to repair the rest
Great video! I found the exact frame someone had thrown away, with the exact problem and repaired it just as you showed. Thanks for showing me how. Now I need to get a canopy for it, but I don't know who makes it or where to find a replacement canopy. Can you help me?
Sounds like it is bound up a bit. I tap on the button with the handle of a screwdriver using it in reverse like a small hammer, usually frees it up. Hope that helps. A bit of WD40 may help too! Thanks for watching!

They are sold on Wal-Mart.com
Thanks!
Has anyone tried replacing these with the push button locks on the newer canopies?
My problem is the button is stuck, does not goes in.

It's easier to fish it out With a coat hanger way easier
How did you reinstall it? Thanks
