I try picking it up and pulling it apart it feels like it's jammed.

Was hoping you showed us how to take it down up close
that is if it is a newer model but when it is older without the extra push up I am completely frustrated because it will not cooperate. What to do?

So there are actually 4 more push in buttons at the top corners you have to push in before you start walking the tent in, nobody could see what you were doing under the tent so you should have stated this out loud

I know the canopy cover is 10' x 10' but what is the height from the ground to the side of the canopy?
One side needs to be higher then the other and angled toward the sun to maximize the shade

Do you have to pull strongly the corners out as wide for the tent to pop up instantly? I struggle with that second step (lifting it up).
I know, right?! This is just impossible for one person to do!
I am 72 and very strong fulltime in minivan. I cannot open mine at all except for very beginning. Trying to get it to stretch out is impossible by myself. I tried so hard I broke one of the supports. I put it back in the bag and I'm trying to figure another way of reusing the top.
What was that snapping noise under the canopy as he walked around? Does something need to be unlatched before you can walk it in to close it?

so the canopy material is already attached to the frame or did you put that on top before starting the video ? and is the material durable ? does it leak or rip easy ? if had it for a while ?
Lasts about 30 rentals. You have to attach it when you first buy it. But we leave it on between uses during the summer to save time.
Can you leave the top attached when folding up?
Definitely. That's what we do. Although for the winter we do remove them, fold them up, and store them so they last a bit longer. But all summer they stay folded up on the frame, and they fold up quite nicely.

How is the size when you pack them? Can I put in my car?
If you slide them through the trunk it works most of the time. Or if you can put seats down it generally fits in a sedan.
I realise it’s been years since this was posted but this is THE best video I’ve seen so far. Idk if it’s too late to ask but does the middle bit need to click? I got the corners to click but just making sure
On our tents (from Impact Canopy) nothing is done with the middle.

I wanted to know if this was possible: to put the tent up by myself. I just bought one and the directions immediately alluded to having two people. Well, I don’t have two people. My tent is definitely stiffer than yours from its newness. But if you did it (or anyone else), I could do it.
So I did. 10 minutes and a little bit of sweat.

I saw another one-person setup where the tent bag was slipped over the top of the folded tent, much easier than trying to pick tent up and
fit it into the bag.

I'm up in Canada. Sometimes up here Costco sells them online only starting in the Spring. Not sure down in the States. But the brand is Impact Canopy. You can buy from them direct but it's a little more expensive.

Idk how these provide shade. The "shade" is behind it (shadow on the ground). So if you're sitting under it in lawn chairs, you've still got the sun coming in from the side, beating on you.
buy one with sides that you can roll up or down
jerseytomato100 It’s as basic as it can possibly can be. Pick it up and move it to where it blocks the the sun. Most likely you won’t even have to move your chair.
Don’t forget. Those tomatoes need sun and don’t forget to water them. Ha
Simply move your chair until it is in located the shade.. wherever that may be? You will find that as the day progresses, the sun travels across the sky therefore causing the area of shade to shift I suspect you will be moving your chair again.

So you are 7 feet tall huh?
Legs are adjustable. You can stretch them out at various pre-set intervals up to a maximum of 7ft from the ground to the bottom of the fascia.
