Fascinating, I've always loved this elegant building since noticing it derelict in the mid 80s when it was at risk of demolition , from the other side of the river where I was working at the time.I gather the windows were originally illuminated by gas lamps in the 1920s and it was built to overcome legislation on advertising.Looks as though a little TLC is still required !.Many thanks for the upload.

It is such a fascinating building. I just wish they could do something more internally with it, as you said, it does need a little more TLC :)
