I have no intention of buying any of this, but this is by far the most interesting SuperBooth coverage video I’ve seen.
Yes, I like these roundup vids. A lot of smaller manufacturers tend to fly under the radar. I'm particularly interested in Twisted Electrons new FM synth, and the new stuff at the AE Modular booth, but noone is covering them 😔. Either way, I'm glad vids like this highlight all of the other stuff that tends to get skipped over. Thanks Bo! ❤
I really appreciate these types of videos, Bo! I live in the US and often can't afford to make it to overseas events. These videos help fill that gap. They also give me - as a consumer - a much better idea of what's coming out, what I might personally be interested in, and what I'll want to budget for in terms of future instrument/gear purchases. Your efforts in making these videos are very helpful, thank you!!
I really appreciate the roundup videos, especially how you look for the smaller/independent makers. So many people will cover the mainstream stuff, and your Superbooth videos have definitely pointed me to some things that I didn't know I needed until I saw it! (So perhaps my spouse hates these, but I love it!)
To answer your question: Yes, please keep making these videos! Even though I did attend Superbooth for the first time this year (and saw you strolling by more than once ;)), your video was a fantastic way of reliving the vibe and overall experience, and it also made me aware of a number of things I missed. So these videos aren't just interesting to those who can't attend, though I'm sure they'll get much more out of them still. Thanks for your work!
That FM synth is so cool. I want one. I really love FM and having a screen to visualize what’s happening would be a game changer.
The things you choose to show us from Superbooth are always interesting. Some are pretty nerdy, others very playable. Some will make it, some maybe influence the next gen designers.
The UDO is very cool but for innovation the Love 1 gets my vote, it's UI is really responsive.
Wiggler sounds lovely. I appreciate the coverage of lesser-known manufacturers - thanks Bo!

I like the quick 5-10 minute clips per instrument, because it helps me get perspective of what's out there. Then I can look up a longer video on the Udo synths 🤯
In reference to your question at the end: I’m grateful to you for a “digest” of what was notable to you at Superbooth. One thing I would appreciate is if you’d please mention the prices - basically I Googled each product as you featured it; it would be helpful to have the prices mentioned. Thanks for all you do! 🙏

I personally love the super booth videos! It gives people like me who haven't made enough money with music to justify going a chance to get a feel for the vibe and to see some awesome upcoming products! Even tho typically the super booth products are a bit out of my price range as well i still find it helpful to stay up to date with the technology and this is one of my ways of doing that. Been a fan of your channel for years definitely keep doing what you do!

Thanks for sharing. It looks like a lot of fun. It reminds me of the old circuit benders and what they made, and how some of them started making synths from scratch afterwards. I bought four of them that were lost in the fire and did use them a lot. I even made a synth of my own that changed sound by a photo sensor connected to two resistors that were affected by light and darkness in different ways. The synth stands were the most interesting thing for me, as I have a small space to work with and was planning on making my own stands.
First love FM synthesizer is very interesting . Your showing of it revealed a lot of cool facts about it i was wondering about.

I think it’s great to show what these festivals are like. We have Velocity here in the PNW and I got to meet DivKid, Cuckoo, Baseck, Ricky Tinez etc. Meeting my favorite TH-camrs seems to deepen my experience of reality, because then we know you are real! Great work as always Bob Eats.

I am not a synth head but this is a really fun video to watch. Amazing stuff people come up with. I was especially impressed by the love synthesizer. It seems to make FM synthesis a lot more fathomable (is that a real word?)
