I was fully prepared for g2 to lose this right after winning cologne. The classic G2 playing immediately worse after winning a tournament.
Cant disagree, was honestly expecting it and i was already prepared to wait until EPL to watch them play again. Pleasantly surprised 😅

Hunter and Niko obviously the two standouts but it’s worth acknowledging that even though m0nesy missed quite a few first shots today he did a better job at staying alive and making sure his follow up shots counted. That plus a reasonable performance from Hooxi and Jks on maps 2 and 3 were big in securing the victory.

G2 Vs 9ine? More like Hunter Vs Hades. What an amazing game from both of them. Absolutely stunning clutches and performance throughout all 3 maps from both. 9ine put up much more of a fight than I expected and it wasn't always G2 fumbling/choking but 9ine really just played that well.

Hades almost owned the entire G2 on vertigo damn, was quite impressed by his gameplay, but well gotta say, even if they win vertigo, they at least proved that they're consistent on it even if they're against the top tier team, so i don't think it's a joke, but yea, if u wanna win u should b better in at least all the naps

The fact that they didn’t full tilt after multiple 180 insta headshots, literal miraculous timings at nearly every step of the way for 9ine. I’ve almost never seen a more fortunate series from someone. 🥴🥴🥴

Every single player from G2 is an absolute beast but sometimes timing is not on their side. Some say that G2 choke but they don't realize that G2 at their best is unstoppable. This is a very powerful roster and any team playing against them should be scared. Props to 9ine playing so well against them but G2 is always better.
Only if hooxi maintain this igl team, other else its apex (2014)
9INE loves to hides and play in on the Smoke but G2 have played against Fluxo in the past they played a similar style and knew that they had to change their way of playing, so G2 have to wait for them to push, make mistakes and be aggresive because that's their weakness.

@@varunr1178actually it is the official ESL highlights channel. Matz was literally hired by them to do their highlight videos for them. It's even linked in the ESL channel as one of their sub channels and it's also why this channel isnt restricted by limited rounds available for videos while others like Vladopard is restricted.

Yes in terms of prize pool, no in terms of cultural importance for the cs scene. It's no Kato, Cologne, or major.
Gamers8 is more of a big tournament for the organizations than it is for CS:GO alone, since thereçs so many games being played there. CSGO is 2nd last game being played and Rocket League is the last, and orgs by the end of it all will be ranked and given insane cash prizes based on overall ranking across all games.
Anything sponsored by oil money is a big tourney.

@@Rizor134 nie, było pełno sytuacji, gdzie mapa mogła się skończyć, a jak G2 wbiło 15 wygranych na nuke'u, to 9ine miało tylko 7, i to, że podciągnęli wynik, to raczej w przeważającej mierze tylko kwestia tego, że G2 miało stres przed skończeniem mapy na ostatnią rundę. ancient też: jakby nie mieli 6 rund z początku gry, to skończyli by mapę z wynikiem 6-16.
@@JohnSmith81991 I było też pełno sytuacji, kiedy to 9INE mogło wygrać na Anciencie i doprowadzić do dogrywki na Nuke. G2 miało tyle szczęścia na Vertigo i Ancient, że chyba nigdy w życiu nie widziałem tak szczęśliwej drużyny podczas jednego meczu BO3.
@@yunglorn pełno sytuacji, jak dobili maks 12 rund na anciencie? ja mówię o tym, że G2 mogło wygrać w sensie takim, że zdobyć rundę kończącą na nuke'u (zdobyć rundę przy wyniku 15 dla nich), ale pewnie stresior trochę, bo to jest już o eliminację i spadli o 6 rund w różnicy czy ileś tam. no i nie wiem, o jakim szczęściu mówisz w przypadku G2, szczęście to miało co najwyżej 9ine, które bezmyślnie pushowało schody w jakieś 30 sekund bodajże? na vertigo i zdobywało dwa fragi bez straty czy właściwie też cokolwiek innego, nie tylko schody

@@PyxytyI wouldn't say recently, nor would I say he's particularly inconsistent, just less consistent than players like dev1ce, ZywOo, s1mple, and other star AWPers. Like, he's not inconsistent in the same way the former Spirit core, REZ, Brollan, Buzz, etc. are inconsistent. He just peaks super high so it skews his consistency a bit when he has an average game. G2 as a whole also don't have consistency which negatively affects him and NiKo who are among the least consistent players of their caliber.
He's undeniably had some bad games recently though like against FaZe and NAVI.
