good to see the individuals taking turns stepping up to take Navi through the line, but they definitely still got a lot of work ahead of them. They still haven't found a way to properly utilize iM, and man that Inferno B defense is something else... Hopefully we can see more out of them later.

I have been a long time fan of s1mple now, and I think he should feel humbled a little now. He has to realize he is not the same anymore, or the other players have stepped up, the discrepancy of skill is no longer that high.
All I ask is that he plays as a better teammate. I'm still up for all his godlike performance.
I think it's just who s1mple is... but he is meshing well with his teammates and no longer trying to do everything by himself now... the way he plays shows he trusts his teammates
lmao. In fact, id say Simple is in a much better place than he is in years. He is not outputting crazy flashy plays, but is performing as a good team player. Besides, CSGO pro meta has shifted well beyond just having a solo player kill fest, players are being more strategic and cautious, so of course he cant do some of the old plays he did anymore.
S1mple doesn't need to be the assassin he was pre 2022. The game has caught up wirh him slightly for sure imo, but he's still a gamechanger. He was incredible when we 2-0d G2 last week. Looked better than he has in a while. Remember he hasn't had a real igl in a year and he's playing with 3 new players and speaking English only. I think yall expect the big plays from him too often at times. He does his thing, but doesn't need to always be the top guy for his team to win. I think he's doing fine
You can see that he drops tbe awp to the lower hp teammate pretty often now, this is an improvement overall and in interviews/vlogs he admitted that he is trying to be less toxic and angry and this is good

Depends on how you interpret their posts. Navi hater lol. You think winning against oG feels estatic? Fyi, Anubis may have gone OT and not Navi CT is wean and their t although looks good, against a tighter team will struggle.inferrno clearly don't look good for Navi at all. In ancient, you can see Navi CT is turn around by JL three k eagle shot, else their economy will struggle, if you look at it, their CT can be rip apart by a stronger ancient team, you have to look it objectively, clearly they are many teams above them now, you cannot beat oG well then your team is bad because Og is clearly rebuilding and their team don't have firepower and don't look organized yet, and their so called system is very passive, like jl said if the system doesn't work they get rolled over.
That inferno ct side from navi has to be the single worst thing i've seen in pro cs

NaVi was just not great but OG was terrible. All maps were possible to win by OG but there was a lack of tactical quality unfortunatelly, they simply lost too many rounds just by throwing them by doing curious or plain mad strats (if we call it a strategy), for the most, the ancient mid knife tries with one dying and two players flexing around not trying to trade were a pure pain to watch. And inferno ct side navi... AleksiB - go B. Exactly 0 rounds won whenever OG decided to rrrrumsh B. There was an open doors day on B every f...g round.

As a Navi fan, I dont think they will go much further in this tournament. They'd probably take Faze Clan out of the tournament, and if that happens there's a world where they make it through the semis or finals. The worst case scenario is if they lose in the lower bracket finals. Them winning the whole event is pretty much unlikely
Nope, not likely they can take faze out, this Navi line clearly has many problems ranging from teamwork, team structure to players as a whole. They already got the wrong players to do the job and the team play is horrible especially at CT, which also have to do with team structure

What strategic purpose are those (looks like) coaches in the back serve? They're not allowed to make any tactical decision considering they have access to a lot of info. Just seem like either the most useless job or the skates job by just standing there giving out awkward fist bumps.
coaches can talk and guide the team during timeouts and between halfs but just not during the half.
@Sp3z still seems like a skate ass job. These coaches better at least make it to semi pro at some point in their life or else it's like someone who can't swim coaching a swin team

Im a long time g2 fan.. very proud of my boys winning over faze with a stellar performance.. however, im not here to brag about our win.. im here to talk as a g2 fan who loves to analysis team.. we’r going to talk about NAVI… first of all.. this team is very new.. as someone who knows what it feels like to be in a professional scene ( im an athlete ).. pressure comes in and the the fact that ur in a new team. You would love to proof something to urself.. so i feel like 1st .. fans or haters should give this new team some time.. like g2.. even if im their loyal fan.. i hate it when we lose and i see alot of g2 fans keep saying oh kick hooxi or bench hunter.. i mean guys.. give them time… so i feel like navi need some time.. especially having a new igl with new players.. however, other then giving time. This is also what i think… Aleksib.. i dont feel like he should be igl.. honestly his trying to hard as an igl… like electronic ( i mean his not close to fragging like electronic ) .. i feel like he can be a role player as a supporter or even an entry fragger.. that i believe will bring him to the next level.. for S1mple… ( sorry for his fans ) but u guys have to understand his getting old.. this is not his era anymore.. m0nesy is the new era( not trying to make our sniper better .. but overall new players play like monesy )…. If u notice.. old players.. legands.. like simple.. niko… magisk… etc..etc…. They play with simple movement.. they rely on their aim.. their raw aim.. the new era… plays with much more movement.. more stylish.. but with aim. If u notice how simple plays… he loves to play aggrasivly peaking.. however.. monesy loves to get information by moving insanely and have that 1v1 scenario knowing where his opponent is… so i feel like.. Funny game navi. If they play like this they will get DEMOLISHED by faze. The defaults on t side and ct side is like the defaults from zeuses days. goes in 20 seconds left everybody either kills and wins or dies. iM needs to wake up, HE should be the star player, not jL. Navi doesn't need wins, they need improvements, but this is a step back from Copenhagen

I miss the old Navi , Navi always was an agressive team ,i remember the ownage in major to Gambit ,,,i hate this pasive cs , i cant see how this roster can win something relevant tbh . Lets be honest , kick the russians was such a mistake and we all know why they did it , included M0nesy who is probably the most talented kid in the pro scene . Alexib , JL and IM are worser than electronic , Perfecto , Boombl4 and M0nesy ,,,
You have a point, but give them time, you never know. I have hope for this roster, with CS2 around the corner, we ll see next year exactly the teams that dominate and the ones with potential.

iM has a LOT of potential he just needs to improve his micromanagement but overall in what he is showing now is incredible. JL is pretty much the right arm you can trust in situations that matter. Pretty much all of them can deliver when it matters but as teamplay concern they need more time to be able to showcase their potential roster. Aleksib as the IGL is a lot better than Electronic who was primarily a star rifler but hindered his skill plus his IGLing weren't that very good so that puts Aleksib above him as an IGL for now. Basically this roster can either be a contender for top 5 or just not working as a team to win trophies.
Samee I miss Boomich so much man. I know this is a wild take but kicking him was a big mistake, although their decision was indeed very well justified.

I knew this NaVi squad is dog. I mean Aleksi is average caller and gier 2 individual. iM so unproven and unexperienced, same as JL. B1t so much worse than 1 year ago. I mean it is massive downgrade to previous roster. This was though, though win against OG. With all due respect they have some really great and proven players like Nexa and Kito, but they are also brand new team same as NaVi, but team that is suppose to have much lesser calibar and potential than NaVi... And they have barely won. I mean when OG peaks the might be able to have some really good runs, but they will never be title contenders, and NaVi should beat those teams easily, not just barely with so much struggle. Idk I dislike these changes a lot. Just the fact u brought JL and AleksiB to replace perfecto and Electronic is simply braindead.
