I used to keep baby diapers & formula as well as canned foods and other non perishable foods on hand for those times i couldn't give what they were asking. but i slept well at night knowing i didn't turn anyone away who was in true need of some help. it is your shop! you do you and dont let the trolls bug you. they have no idea what you're up against in a brick and mortar shop. That's what I love about these guys they're very fair and generous, and that is a really good idea! You can't buy everything but if somebody is in desperate need and you can tell they're not just dope fiends I would have no problem helping them out. I'm sure when you run a pawn shop you got to deal with a lot of different personalities, you probably pick up on people's character and BS real quick.

He told me he did'nt want to make alot of money off of a few people, he wanted to make a little bit of money off of a lot of people. That just stuck with me through the years.

On the contrary I’ve seen give people more than they asked for, tell them to keep the change, and even try to contact people to tell them you underpaid them. I really enjoy your content and think you’re probably one of the more fair pawn shop owners in the country. To put 13% margins in perspective … I used to work in the bicycle industry. Bike shops all over are closing and struggling. On average, profit margin on a $5000 bike is about 30%. And they can’t survive. Hate over 13% is just ridiculous.
You have to run your business the way you see fit. The customer knew the price of gold. I heard him say it on the video. If he was not happy with your offer, he could have taken the coin to someone else. I have learned a lot from you and enjoy watching your channel.
