i have finished 3rd level , i've done the 30 meters dive yet i dive with valsava- reaching about 17-22 meters easily and then struggling to bring air to my mouth , i know how, but cant perform frenzel. Just some pushing up of the back of my tongue hoping to touch the bottom and rush to the surface. I would appreciate any help.

First of all make sure that you do Frenzel correctly
Check out my old video here th-cam.com/video/DGCsF0jR3BE/w-d-xo.html
Next step, you need to learn how to do a reverse packing. Unfortunatly it is not on my channel yet, but I am planning to do it soon.

Hi I’m a qualified scuba diver and I’d like to say that going this deep is dangerous there’s risk of DCI and since you can’t really take safety stops because it’s hard to hold your breath this long there’s a chance of getting it. Not many people talk about the downsides of diving but I thought I should share it because it’s a dangerous sport.

Hi! I used to be a scuba instructor myself for a few years :) The risk of DCI in scuba diving and freediving is completely different since in freediving you are not breathing compressed air and as a result not accumulating as much nitrogen as scuba divers do. If you want to learn more about DCS in Freediving, check out this video th-cam.com/video/sVJYLrP90-w/w-d-xo.html
