I had an opportunity of working with Adv. Mokhare SC in various matters. I must say, he's always on point. His arguments are unbelievable, they simply shows the level of wisdom that one has.
I have the highest respect for Advocate Mokhare SC. He stood his ground and I believe that they may have been grounds to lay a complaint against the judge.
As for saying i do not wish to hear you further you are finished. judges should understand the courts belong to the people and not to them, judges do not own the courts or the law.
Who made these Judges mini Gods? It happens across the colour line, they are sworn gods of the people. He is using violence of the bench when he cannot intellectually engage, poor taste and poor exercise of power.
Of course with the knowledge of hindsight his client is now firmly esconsed behind bars. And for those not in the know, a court does as a matter of fact belong to the Judge and not "the people" whatever that means. You may not agree with the man's views, but show some respect to the institution of justice.

If you are in practice beautiful one you will forever be subjected to the descrete not the law judges and all officers oof Court has to adhere to rules. Not thier preferences.
