Olympus Camedia C-765 Ultra Zoom - Fantastic Digicam from 2004!

- I happened to find this digicam, Olympus Camedia C-765 Ultra Zoom, by chance in a fleamarket, and for quite a good price too! So far I really like this camera, the electronic viewfinder and the photos are quite nice! (If you are into vintage digicams, that is!)

Do you know if it's possible to set it so the date shows up on photos you take with the camera? I just got it and can't figure that out in the settings. I set the date but it doesn't appear in any photos
I don't have the camera available right now but I had a quick look in the manual and couldn't find anything. 🤔 It only mentioned adding a date when printing but that doesn't help so much I suppose.
