Just wanted to say how much your videos have helped my game. Still a high handicap but I’m getting more pars and bogies and cutting down the number of doubles and triples. Putting is much improved when I focus on keeping my head still and sending the putter face down the line. Have made some nice 6-10’ putts recently which really boost my confidence. Jimmy, I finally broke 90 today, an 88. I continue to have success swinging the V and putting into the hot tub! They are saving me 6-8 strokes a round! Thank you again for those tips! Good luck this weekend!
On the old Shell's Wonderful World of Golf Hogan played Snead in 1965 and beat him swinging short and sweet just as you describe. At the end of the match Gene Sarazen said it was the finest round of golf he had ever seen. Deadly.

Took my 14 yr old Granddaughter to the range to practice last night, it was closed, but they let us go out on the course which was very nice of them. She was having some trouble so I had her just swing the V. Worked great. She got a 6 on the 18th, all by herself. We had a great time.

Just got back home since late may. Had my first round. Used my new (MAISEN ROUND)20° Driving iron. +2 on the front, +3 on the back!! Played one ball all day. A lot of that was your channel. You DA MAN!! 3 birdie chances inside 10 feet. 0/3 (tap in pars though) and 1 3 putt. (Long putt on par 3) Overall, not playing for 2 months, GREAT SUCCESS!!

Hi Jimmy, regards from England loving your content always 😊.I notice your swing trigger is to slightly lift your hands up fractionally just before you swing have watched all of your swing videos.Is this better for you than a forward press? I also notice you don’t forward press the putter stroke any reason?
Are you sure re Ben Hogan? Just been looking at Ben Hogan swings on TH-cam in normal & slow motion….he swung to parallel in his prime…however, I do agree with yr short swing theory….spot on there & something I, with an over swing, can easily relate to… Many thanks, really enjoy your output
@robinwoolf3440 I’ve always thought that too but his hands stop at shoulders and hinges wrists a lot for leverage to get to parallel. That move needs a lot timing & syching. So hard to trust that shoulder high hands will get the ball out far enough!
By minimizing your backswing, I notice you have very little, if any, wrist hinge. I think this is my biggest downfall. I hinge far too much, which causes me to become "handsy". Then I lose control of my shots!
Hey Jimmy Well I use Ben Hogan autograph Clubs and only wish i could play like him.. I didn't Realise his back swing was quite as Short as You said ..having said that What i have taken Is How Important the Use of the Body on the Down swing Is by Turning your Body and keeping a Smooth transition how easy the Ball strike Can be.. it surely will help with the Timing aspect of the whole shebang?...Many Thanks Jimmy For helping all of Us and NOT Complicating The game of Golf.

I'm in the same boat, make good contact nice and straight but distance is lacking. Even with higher irons. From 7I up to 4I average, about 165yds.
