Wonderful and the best Tilliston carb overview and rebuild tips, I have ever seen. I still have a mid 80's 2100, runs perfect, my last saw. Can't say enough how solid these units were, and how well they performed. Amazing how much detail in this video, always something wonderful to learn !

Interesting, thanks Donny. Question for you - looks like we can still get a 372 non xtorq in Aus, I believe they are a bit lighter than the xtorq & weight is a big issue for me. Which would recommend between that and a Stihl 400? I know Buckin always goes back to a 372 but his arms are like my legs.
If you can actually get a 372 non xtorq then get that, they have a lot of power for their weight, and they aren’t that heavy. If you can only get the Xtorq I’d go for the 400
Husqvarna 365 sp is leaning out in the top end. 4 strokes as it should until it warms up then starts to run away at WOT. Sprayed brake clean around both crank seals and all possible leaking points and cannot detect a leak. Would you rebuild the carb and look for any issues there? Any ideas? Walbro hd12b
Hey Donny, recently picked up a 066 and looking to redo it. How do I know whether it’s the older model or newer? Also, it has the Walbro WJ69 carb, would that take the K10 or K15 carb kit to rebuild? Thanks! Love your videos.
The governors were the downfall on this design(obviously since they done away with them) I tried all the tricks to get mine going again. To no avail. New 395 carb, bam runs better than it ever had.

372 is 71cc while MS400 is ~ 66cc, but I’m working from memory on the Stihl. 😮
