Xenoverse 2 dropped DLC 9 today. Parallel Quest 134: Universe 7's Next God of Destruction win conditions grants you access to DLC skills: Ultimate Charge & Burst Charge.
By completing the quest as I did in that specific order you'll be able to unlock both skills in two trys instead of 100.

What if you can't play online
What system do you play on we can do it together.
You honestly can get it faster online but use ultimates that are very powerful. I would recommend using SSGSS instead of evolved because of Ki Drain. Use the XXL super Soul "i said don't go easy on me" for max damage.
I was able to get Ultimate Charge offline. Had to use MUI Goku and followed what you did and was able to get it on my first try.

Its so hard to do these offline because all the ai just gang bang whis at the end broly used gigantic roar instantly and then almost killed him and then used it again and killed him

I hate when i have teammates (offline) and then I do Godly Display with goku ultra instinct and before the explosion my teammates just push him out of the range of the explosion

I know I'm a little late but it doesn't matter in what order you defeat the enemy as long as you keep whis his health above 80% you should be able to get it.

Honestly, burst isn't that good in my opinion. I cant really work it into my skill set. I don't have ultimate yet, so I don't know how well that works.
Burst is trash it starts off fast and gets slower and slower

I use final explosion for this quest on my character for this mission cuz it dose a lot of dmg and it goes really fast when u play online yet tho still havent gotten ultimate charge 😂😂😂

Well I got burst charge after only 3 tries, but I’m on my 15th still trying to get ultimate charge lol. RIP
Finally got it around my 30th try. A bit of a grind, but it saves me about 2 1/2 seconds on fully charging my 10 bars of Ki. So its worth it! :-)
I haven’t gotten burst charge after 256 tries, I count them course of the duma*s rng

Did it offline just use fused zamasu with vegito blue and follow the steps in the video to get burst charge you have to ultimate finish ui goku after I watched this vid follow the steps in the vid you will get both ultimate and burst charge in one try even got the screenshot and you do not have to keep whis health above 75 bro the skill will still drop if his health isn’t past the I in his name basically 50% or higher the skill will drop

What you can do to help is to use energy zone on whis before moving onto the next area

Tip: if you don’t have friends, (like me) you will NOT be able to get these abilities. You have to keep whis’ health above 75%, which is not possible on your own. Plus, this game is dead, so matchmaking is not possible.
Yk you can just use energy zone before moving to the next area right?
@@TJKW true, but even if you get whis’s health to 100% before the final zone, he will still get targeted and go way below 75% from that zone alone.
@@ERElement77 I suggest using a high ki attack cac(I use frieza race) and just spamming emperors death beam (or super vanishing ball) and using energy zone if whis needs it.

Are you doing it online or off? & if you have Gigantic roar that will help a little bit more as it blows all enemies away.

Use powerhouse Ki blasts & be fast. The key things. If you have good teammate with strong CaCs you'll be golden.
Me: Attempted 23 times in offline and 4 in Online and STILL doesn't get any of them, except for the goddamn super soul

Lmao I did it solo with two demon boosted golden Friezas and got the final three to show up in time but was in eight minutes of time left beat SSBE Vegeta got ultimate charge already unlocked burst charge btw and then whis dies and I fail but still got the move I'm dying lmfao 🤣

How do you even get Broly and UI Goku and them to fight? I keep just getting ssgss Goku and Vegeta and Golden Frieza.
I did it online and for my ultimate attack I had x20 kaioken kamehameha and energy dome(where you heal yourself and teammates)

He bought the dlc pack for him you get ui goku, jiren, (super) 17, and Fu

Did you get burst charge your first time? When you attempt it your automatically going to get Burst first then the second walkthrough you get Ultimate charge.
