Never comment on videos but wanted to chime in that I LOVE the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I remember getting the flyer in the mail when I was 12 and being so excited for the BP section> Flash forward (a lot of) years and I feel the same excitement. I love their yearly repeats and new options. It's my shopping happy place.
One of the things I’m thankful for Nordstrom not changing things up as people suggest is that I don’t shop to just shop, but to upgrade my wardrobe. The Nordstrom sale has allowed me to do just that. This year I got the Free People sweater. The color is even better in person.
Nordstrom hates me 😊. Last year at the sale, they shipped my jeans to someone in NYC (I’m in Indiana). She returned them and they gave her my cash back! They wouldn’t refund me, so, if she’s watching, you’re welcome ☺️. This year, one of my shipments is lost and they can’t track it, so I won’t be getting those items - and I hope they refund me this time because that was like $300. I always thought they had great customer service but that hasn’t been my experience. I don’t have a store near me so that doesn’t help.
Oh no!! I’ve had my fair share of shipping/cancellations and issues in the past but Nordstrom has always made it right for me! I would get in chat and see what they can do for you 🩷

For the dress with the button issue. It’s very easy to just make the button hole a little smaller by giving it a few stitches in the buttonhole.
