This live version of Scraps has been in my life several times for several years, sometimes to elevate it and others to save it. I have watched and listened to many other live renditions of Scraps but none of them stand up to the six string sonic attack IMO of this version even with the so so quality. He's standing there in the corner in a pair of plaid pajama's just flying on that thing, I partiularly like right after he makes those 3 adjustments and then leans foreward as if to say, ya that's it right there, I can't hear the difference, but he can. absolutely the best 6 and a half minutes of guitar I have ever heard
@@climbatize9175It looks like he was adjusting the "SOLO" knob on the Mesa I cant work out if its the Dual Rec solo or the triple rec. Either way thats where the solo setting is dialed in. It's basically just a boost and I actually think he lowers it to reduce the high end a bit. It is only slight, but it clears up the delays sound too which is why you could also assume he adjusts the dealy.

Buckethead is absolutely phenomenal, his style is so creative and superb, his legato and his bends and scales are so emotional, he barely hits straight notes if you have noticed, he is constantly using bends and legatos. Totally badass, Iron Maiden are my favorite metal band of all time, the way Dave and Adrian play together is just amazing!
