I saw Sade several years ago. I'M a bass player and guitar player. Her entire band was one of the best I ever saw. Her bass player was amazing. She is a Nigerian princess.

I can't even put into words what she means to my life. She's been apart of my life since she burst on the scene in the early 80's, if there was a soundtrack for my life she'd be more than have the songs ❤️ I had the privilege of seeing her live twice & it was a magical experience !

I saw Sade by accident in Santa Cruz and Smooth Operator had just came out. There she was in a nighttime palm tree background, Sade in a white, kinna sheer dress thing and I couldn’t take my eyes off of her! So smoooove!

The electric guitar isn’t just there in “this” version . It’s there in the original version too it’s just more understated in that version. The just pushed the guitar to the forefront for sections of this performance because it engages the audience so well. I personally thing this is the BEST version of this song
I saw this video a few years ago, loved it since I'm a huge Sade fan and a metalhead.
