I heard that the lyrics about the pills is about how some rappers or singers do drugs just to produce music or ideas when making music and he’s saying that he’s thankful that he’s a genius that he doesn’t need drugs when making his own music
No; what Yoongi was saying was that k-rappers tend to "pop pills" in a pathetic attempt at mimicking what they THINK IS THE "AESTHETIC" OF HIP HOP, which IS INCREDIBLY WRONG and INSULTING to black people (black people are the originators of hip hop music). K-rappers wear dreads, say the N word and do drugs because they think that's what "hip hop" is.

But some honestly take them to cope with depression or the stresses of being a celebrity and that's why Yoongi's bar doesn't sit well with me. Kpop Junkee said this, and I think it literally sums up the MV almost perfectly....
In the lyrics, Yoongi describes being born as a slave and as a peasant, and we see that. The scar on his face showing the battles that he's been through. So, now as a king, he boasts about everything he has. He's self-absorbed and cocky. Literally standing on top of those beneath him. The King has completely forgotten where he came from and that was by choice, only wanting to bask in the glory of now. But with that mindset comes complacency, thinking there is nowhere else to climb, not seeing others as threats, and thinking you are untouchable (I feel this may be what Agust D was trying to show). That's why although the King sees the peasant coming, he laughs him off. We also see the King give the order to his follower to end the slave.....but he (the butcher) doesn't follow. It's no surprise that the same followers that he once stood and looked down upon have turned against him. The King was complacent at the top, not innovating or challenging himself or improving in any aspect. So when the time came, his old sword was no match for the future (the slave's gun). The whole MV was a parallel of Agust D trying to balance the success he has now without forgetting the hunger that got him there, without losing sight of the people and the fans who helped lift him up onto the throne he now sits on. Although it was the slave whose eyes were covered, it was the King who was blind.
Check out DKDKTV's explanation of the MV and the lyrics, it was really detailed and made a lot more sense since they were korean and understood the references in the lyrics and music video

First of all I missed you. Secondly, I had that same thing happen to my eye! Doctor said the blood vessels are easily damaged by scratching, etc. I stopped using contacts until it healed because I felt that dryness in the eye causes irritation and then I'll scratch or whatever. Stay safe, girl.
