Honestly I think most problems with dodging is just poor timing and not moving in the correct direction when dodging. If you try to dodge my attack but you just dodge more into my attack you should get hit by it. It makes sense. You're either dodging too early or too late or your dodging the attack in the wrong direction. Sometimes you need to dodge up or down in the air or even diagonally down and away. Dodging behind can be a good punish but executed poorly you set yourself up to get punished. Dodging is fine.
@Obad87 the thing is that certain hurtboxes has lingering frame data so let's you perfect dodge bugs bunny up air to the side, you are still going to get hit by the end of the stick Even tho the game said dodge.

Now *this* is how feedback should be delivered. I won't pretend this game doesn't have a *lot* of problems holding it back, but I wish people didn't feel like they need to be so hateful and vile about giving their thoughts As for the issues themselves, I do agree with a lot of what you brought up but there's one other massive thing that should've been addressed since the beginning of Season 2: the server desync/lag. Having no control over your characters, and seeing them run off stage at random points in matches is very demoralizing; and this wasn't even a problem during Season 1, so I have no idea how this even happened.
ion know how to explain it but to prevent lag and idk being rly glitchy the game predicts your movements so gameplay is usually smooth however times where you would usually lag out the game is still predicting your movement so if your walking in a certain direction and lag out the game will jus assume your still walking hence walking off the map (bad explanation i know but ye)
The "stop killing videogames" is addressing the issue with online games being hard to preserve by design. I'm not here to jinx it as if the game was going to be shut down soon, in fact I hope it gets supported for a long time, but they should consider making some version of MultiVersus that people could keep playing after support stops completely. It would be a shame not to be able to show our kids that time when Shaggy teamed up with Batman to take down Bugs Bunny and the Iron Giant until they say: "Ok dad, let's get going, we're going to miss the première for the Ultra Instinct Shaggy VS Pennywise movie", and I'm like: "What?!?".

Something I'd like to see get added to MultiVersus is an analogue mode. It would be purely for controller users, but it would allow you to activate dash attacks and pass through thin platforms just by taping the analogue stick in a direction instead of double tapping. Right now, Dexter's Lab is one of my least favorite stages because the platforms can be very finicky to traverse, and I think having analogue controls similar to Smash could help alleviate that.

A thing I really would like even though it isn't a very important one is a random skin option. (It would be like brawl stars if you have played it) That would be like you select this option on a character, then you select the skins you want to be randomized and then the game automaticly switches between the skins you have selected. That would be cool for people that have multiple awsome skins for a character and they can't choose whose better.

Agree, now the perks are basically irelevant because everyone uses the same perks, there is no possible builds with perks like in the beta, wich makes the matches seem very repetitive, because yeah, you are fighting the same character, but changing the perks to a certain set changes the playstyle too in most cases, wich would make that game more diverse and fun.

Can we also talk about how PFG KNOWS which characters are OP and are trying to get extra money out of them? Arya, Superman, and now Garnet (I know she is not OP yet but they keep giving her massive buffs until she is cause clearly they want the SU characters to be OP as Steven is already insane) cannot be purchased right now with the free character currency, only with glemium or the very hard to get event currency’s like the medal for Arya or the circuit for Superman. So they KNOW these characters are broken and are trying to profit from it. PFG and WB are both just greedy and PFG just sucks azz when it comes to balance. They say they know who the broken characters are but then go and nerf Lebron. 🤦♂️ they are pushing this game into a grave.

A fix I’d like is a quality of life change is being able to remove attacks on the right analog stick. I can’t run a low dead zone cause I have stick drift but I like playing on lower dead zone so it’s unfortunate but would be a good fix for people with stick drift.

I know we're probably going to be getting more info on the event coming next week too, but I'd love a teaser for the last of the big events, plus maybe some info on smaller stuff like more of the "reps" (level up) events or something. I'm also curious how Beetlejuice will be distributed. Will be be in the shop like other characters at the early increased price, will it require you to get a beetle in the next event, or is there something else you need to do? Lastly, a teaser for something coming up would be great. this can be another event, a new character, the final rift, whatever. I just want to be able to look forward to something rather than guess at dubious tweets from Ajax.
My biggest gripe that made me stop playing was if i do a successful dodge, my opponent still regains control before i do, and can attack again before my dodge animation finishes! A successful dodge should allow you to punish your opponent, but i would still be receiving a one sided beat down! Its unbalanced and unfair!!
I disagree with the dodge. I feel like they are giving them to much time in dodge form . Some times a player dodges into my attack and yet I don’t hit him . The bigger issues I see is my character walking off stage on it’s own . hit box and rank making no sense
instead of nerfing moves to have more whiff recovery the thing they need to tlk about is dodging! make dodging just like jumps! when you run out of dodge meter nothing comes out just like when your run out of jumps and specials in the air...that way for example when a joker slides or smith does his diving gun move sure they can dodge but once it runs out is out there’s no dodging leaving them open…so now that player has to start make decisions and MANAGE HIS METER BETER..”am i going dodge if i miss this slide or should i save my meter” ….am i crazy?
Dodging is fine. At least im not seeing any problems. And its so intrinsic to both iffense and defense i think changing it would be a big mistake. Making dodges be bigger or safer would be a mistake. Its already way too easy to dodge in this game. You have a ton of dodge meter and get it bacj very quickly. I think the problems stem from elsewhere.
What about FFA? If it's tied to battle pass points it needs to require killing not just afk some FFA. Also bring back more points for the killing the leader. Maybe+2 but they go -1, as long as you aren't tied for the lead.
I may come back to the game after the patch. After the last hot fix, my interest burnt out on the game and haven't touched it much since. Maybe I was just burnt out on platform fighters in general and needed a break.
Attack decay is still listed in the glossary unsure if its still active buuut the game needs to return the visual of attack decay so they know they are low iq spamming and it's getting weaker
Imma need them to nerf some characters who actually need to be nerfed and buff the characters who need it like Bugs Bunny and Tom and Jerry needs a buff and Samurai Jack,Black Adam,Joker and Wonder Woman need nerfs. Attack Delay should come back as well just for the ppl who like to just spam and think they are good. Imma also need them to fix hotboxes, dodging and whiffs

I think that most perks should return. The meta and games without the variety of perks from beta makes the game very stale and boring.

Yea there’s tooo many characters that have multi hit and there’s only a dodge feature for defense. This game needs a block/Shield.
