My wife and I uprooted our lives and our sons life to move to Florida. Only lived in Florida for 8 months and moved back to our town and home state. It didn’t work out how we planned and certainly cost us a lot of $$ but like you said, that’s a chapter in our life’s book.
Man I’ve been watching you since you were overseas. Your little girl is getting so big. Glad you’re doing what’s best for your family and your business. Another chapter in your life. Welcome back to Texas!
Great entrepreneurs experiment and that is what you did in Nashville. Appreciate you and the team, best wishes for your move. going to place an order for Endo, Flight, Creatine, Protein and maybe some bars. All the best to the BPN team.
I wonder how bad Cat did running that Austin office where Nick had to move back and take over. From the podcast and other videos, it seems like everything was all over the place and the employees didn't really like it.
I love how open and honest you are about this. You live and you learn. I am experiencing this on a smaller scale. I took a job Feb 1st and am leaving to pursue another opportunity at the end of April. People around my workplace are talking negatively but at the end of the day, they have no idea what it’s like to change, adapt, and try new things.
Dear friend, you and your story are an example for me! I've been watching you for a long time! And I love everything you do! Please don't stop! Despite everything that is happening in the world, greetings from Russia!

Hi Nick, I just started to run, I did my first half marathon on April 6 with a month of training and I love it, I never thought that I’d will like to run! I always practice soccer but now I’m trying to getting healthier after a injury, I had been hearing some podcasts and videos from strong runners and I’m asking you if you can please help me in guiding me to get in the professional running direction! I’m going to do my first marathon on November and my next goal is to achieve a 100 mile ultra marathon! I want to see what I’m made of! I have a full time job and I’m 36! Thanks
I think Nick taking the "hit" for what the previous CEO did to get dismissed from the business. Just my theory, but not certain on almost all of the details that got Nick to decide to move back to Texas.
Nick was trying to separate himself from the business to make his business more sellable and it didn’t work out. Now he is going to hop back in and double down
😂it's his company, his brand, his idea. He does what he wants and earned that right due to building what he built. Go build your own business. This is real life not a tv show. He ain't gotta explain NOTHIN to yall.
Nick, come give Colorado a try! Right up there with that Austin and Nashville vibe. The Denver/Boulder area is spot on for you, the fam, and the company.
The only constant is life is change. Being able to embrace change and continue to move forward is, in my opinion, one of the most important attributes someone can have. None of us know what life is going to throw at us but we know for certainty that life will throw SOMETHING at us. The challenge then is, how do you respond?
Just curious if it had something to do with the local economy or politics? As a business owner myself, taxes and local politics play a huge role where we do business

It says I need to keep it in the 140-150 range but when I run it’s in the 170-180 and I’m not even hardly running do you have any advice? When I’m walking I’m. At 130-140.
really struggling with mileage the last few months and having really bad reflux, I just cant seem to get it under control without stopping running, its very disheartening, anyone have any similar issues or advice
Thank you for sharing your story, Nick. It's interesting. Why is Nashville not the right spot for your company? I love that classic lit like The Great Gatsby and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer on your shelf.
Nick i have one question for you Hi, I am a marathon runner who, during my training for the marathon, had my blood analyzed, only this showed that the values of Ferritin, Hemoglobin, are in good condition, as are the other hemogram values, but the problem is a slight deviation of iron, which is just below the normal value. I am interested in how you would advise me with training, of course I am aware that for the marathon it is not recommended to work more than 120k per week, but now I need to reduce my mileage a little and improve my iron values. How would you advise me to give up running or can I still do easy running that is easy?
look up running technique. instead of pushing legs foreward you only focus on lifting your legs up and have your body leaning forward and contineu that way. supposed to hellp against hard impact
probably tight hips, weak it bans. do hip mobility. it ban strengthening exercises, and before your run - warm up your glutes to make sure they are engaging and not putting all the pressure on your low back.
What previous comments said^ sounds like anterior pelvic tilt (weak glutes and tight hamstrings/quad dominant). Do a lot of band work to wake up your glutes. Honestly pilates with a lit of hip/core work helps alot!
