It was a fun one! I Hope to come to more of them. Thanks again for a great deal. Feel free to drop a your website or socials so people can find your upcoming sales 👍
Love the videos bro. Head some nearby citywide yard sales last wkend myself. Got variety of items at great deals. Got a home decor piece of grapes paid $.75 n comps show worth $75-$150.
@ReadySetResell I'm hoping so too. We got nearly 1300 items posted so far. I still got those wildcats apparel items for you. Just need an address to send them to you. How do I get out of 'below standard' status of ebay
Just want to start with the great info on the eBay International Shipping. I was a little worried about using it at first but eBay takes all the responsibility. I've had about 6 International sales and no problems. I wonder if they repackaged the item being shipped, now I know they don't. Also great pick-ups and content. ✌️
I've read that with eBay International Shipping, they do repackage your item before shipping to the foreign country. Sellers have said items have gotten to the buyer broken because eBay didn't repackage the item as well as the seller originally did. When you say they don't repackage the item, do you mean, they don't take the item out of the package and use another new package? Or do they take the item out, inspect it, then put it back in the original box. If they do that, I can see them not repacking it as well as the seller.
They actually asked me to include that part specifically because it’s a common misconception. They only open and repack items if either A) the item sold cannot be shipped internationally / more information is needed for customs. Or B) the package is damaged when it arrives to the shipping hub. Otherwise they just inspect it and document that it has arrived. Then they just basically forward it as it arrived.
@@ReadySetResell That's good to know. Now when I see someone posting this info incorrectly, I can correct them. So eBay doesn't open your box at all if everything's okay with it? Just probably put on the customer's address label and send it off?
I'd love to get some international sales, I've sold on ebay for over 5 years and never once had a sale come from international. Not sure what I did but apparently I don't show up to anybody but US customers. Well, that or people using freight forwarders that I don't even know about.
I just checked them they are size large but, the elastic in the band is pretty shot. There is a draw string but I would say the waist is more of an xl without the elastic being good. I can get measurements if needed
Yeah if its a private estate sale I always go super early as they are willing to let people in early. Any 3rd party estate companies and I never been able to get in early. Wow what a score for just $100. Its summer time here so sales are very scarce and so is my sourcing, so I ended up paying $400 at one estate sale alone. Originally the sticker price was over $700 but they were cool to take offers. But overall I spent $800 this past weekend, I have never done that before. So $100 for all that stuff? Jealous!
And now I feel very old, the 90s are considered vintage??? I turned 20 in the early 90s lol. I wish I kept my toys and video games from the 70s and 80s.
@ReadySetResell Like most of the other decent size to bigger channels that focus on Reselling the Reselling part kinda goes down when the Subscribers go up. I'm not saying that's a bad thing for you or it happens to everyone. But I've been watching Reselling channels for over 4 years now and all the ones I started with I haven't watched in atleast 2 years. The 2 bigger ones being Harold Tornado and Ralli Fake Roots. They always put out great videos and content and atleast Josh admitted he makes most of his money from TH-cam because Ryan never did. And I'm not saying he put all his sales into his videos but with all the stuff he was trying to flaunt he isn't doing that by going into a Goodwill or going to the Flea Market every week. Kayla has become the same way. I'm not knocking making money anyway possible (aslong as it's legal) but atleast put in some effort when going Thrifting. Paying $5-10 for an item that doesn't even sell for $15 doesn't make for a good business model. I used to comment on Josh and Ryan's pickups saying whatever item they just bought has a 10% STR or there's some listed cheaper than they paid and they don't care because they getting that TH-cam money. Maybe I'm just old fashion I don't know or maybe Social Media is the way to make money but to me personally if you care about your audience you'd still pick up good items or maybe you can't find any during a sourcing day and the video is only 5 minutes long of finding nothing or maybe 2 days worth of stuff is put into one. And the worst ones are Natalie and Will. Picking up stuff that has a horrible STR but saying they sell super fast for them and when you check their store it's STR isn't very good in general. Just looking for the Subscribers is all they're doing.
@theresellinghusband and that applies to me how? I’m not buying stuff just for content. And not that it matters but my TH-cam income is nowhere near my reselling income. If I was worried about that I would be pumping out lots of videos but I’m not. Also, you can easily see ppls estimated TH-cam income on sites like socialblade or viewstats. And just to be clear I think marketing your reselling business can be a very powerful tool and there’s nothing wrong with it. Josh has done it super well and he is still reselling stuff. It’s not the same kind of reselling you may do or that I do but it’s still reselling. There’s defiantly stuff to be learned from that.
The Windy city is treating you well, but some of us Buckeyes are still missing you. I'm glad you are prospering and doing good, nothing but love.

It's crazy how many sales by you have vintage toys, clothes, and games.
It's a rarity here out west.
Yeah Chicago has been good for it!

What an enormous amount of items in that house❤❤❤
Amazing stuff
Sooo much stuff in there
You glanced right over the Axis and Allies board game........dang! :-)
Came here to say the same...
I hate when they open early. That feeling when you pull up and there is NO ONE in line..😢
You said the early bird gets the worm, but don't forget the second mouse gets the cheese...
Good find. 2:25
way to go, Ben! 🔥
Not suprised they opened early and someone was waiting to scoop
I've gone to 100's of estate sales and never has one started an hour early. It's actually very surprising.
Yep I’m from the area and there’s a video game vendor who is at every estate sale at 6am to be first on the list.

Do you just find estate sales on Facebook? (stupid question, I know) I hardly ever see any back in Cincy. You’re crushing it in Chicago. 👍🏼
Facebook, estate sales . Net, and yard sale treasure map for the most part
Go Ben✌️❣️🤡
Nice to see you searching for the treasure 👏👏👏🤩
Your estate sales are insane.
People in the east coast and the Midwest have cheaper prices and larger collections.
Thanks for the video

Please stop pimping for Ebay. The international shipping program is a money grab. No argument.
It’s a fantastic program for seller imo. No reason not to use it.
I've sold plenty of items through the international program and love it!
Never had a single issue with Ebay International Shipping. Made some GREAT $$$$$.
