THIS. FITS. THEM. THEY'RE A MODERN VERSION OF THE OLD COUNTRY MUSIC. Note how they have a song called Broken Window Serenade. Fifty years ago, other words could've been used to say the same message with different things; but they used it to describe a modern event, yet, in a way, it still fits old country. Virginia isn't your typical 'love' song, or your typical country song at least. Nothing by these guys is typical of the normal country star today. They just need one big break to make them superstars.

It sucks that yankees will never understand the south and how we were raised. They just assume that the only thing that the south is about is racism. Only a small portion of southerners are that way and most were old timers and they've since died off. I'm from Texas and ain't nobody put up with racism here in my area, it's damn half Mexican here. If you don't like Mexicans then Texas ain't for you. My dad's ranch foreman is a black cowboy and everyone in town loves him. But I will say we definitely don't like yankees, I doubt that will ever change 😆
