This truck is turning out so awesome! And though Chevy's were my favorite its nice to change it up because this blue Ford looks and sounds so good! This is one of my top 2 favorite trucks channels on TH-cam.
Yep like all the others on the market they increase the throttle sensitivity. You're still going WOT at the TB just using less of the pedal range originally programmed to be read by the Throttle position sensor (for fly by wire throttle) in cab to do it. It's like adjusting the throttle cable on a Carb. Only problem with shorting the operating window is you have less to use in between it being a light switch (On/Off) You still have the delay in computer processing power from send/receiving signals to say, Ok open throttle X% add fuel Y% Thats what the "dead pedal" feeling really is. The programmed in delay for the computer to process the EFI requirements. If it was mechanic like a Carb, it would be related to the cable like in the past and dead pedal would be Carb stumble if the carb wasn't tuned right.
Personal opinion…if you reverse leveled the 5.0 on black wides and nitto 420v’s it would look so good, with the cowl hood, sheesh, that would be a hawt look😤looks good anyway tho, I’ve been wanting a 5.0 150…I love my low mile 6.0 but sheesh it moves like a train.

do you have different drive modes on your f150? (eco, normal, sport, slippery, etc.) i'm trying to see how this device works with fords with drive modes... i have a stock 21 explorer st
It overides the stock ramp % in throttle, in relation to the TPS. 0% throttle is still 0, but 10 is now 15% and 50% is 60% etc etc, once you hit 100% it plateaus sooner, there is no 110% throttle. Still takes the same amount of time to fill the intake plenum volume and fire injectors etc. Youre just opening the TB blades sooner, not faster, causing the computer to self-adjust for fuel/timing based on new throttle input. So affectively makes you feel faster because you have a touchy pedal, even though the times don't.
You forgot to try doing Revving with it should sound better because or better response and no throttle hang. Next get a tune from Lund Racing next. Get some Ghost Cams lol it will chop like Chomper
Please do a deep dish wheel and some at’s or some 420s that with the cowl hood would be awesome if not 420s just mud tires I think I deep dish wheel would look great

I prefer the Amp’d. The switch is wireless so you can mount it anywhere or just put it in the console. App is pretty cool too

Sport mode and Tow/haul. Use Tow if you want a less touchy pedal feel.
