VEG MARATHA
• Heat pan put oil 2 Teaspoons
• Add 1 Onions Slices and Cook for 2 minutes Lightly brown
• Heat Another pan and
• Roast Coriander Seeds 1 Tablespoons
• Add Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
• Add Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
• Add Kashmiri Dried Chillies 9 to 10 pieces
• Add big Black Cardamom 2 Pieces
• Add Cinnamon Sticks 2 Inches
• Add Green Cardamom 6 pieces
• Add Cloves 6 pieces
• Add Black Pepper 6 pieces
• Add Cashew nuts 15 pieces
• Add Coconut grated 1/2 cup
• Add White Sesame Seeds 1 Tablespoons
• Add Garlic 10 pieces
• Add Ginger Medium pieces cut (as 1 Tablespoons )
• Add Green Chilli 2 pieces
• Add golden brown onions slices
• Add dhaniya powder 1 Tablespoon
• Add Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
• Add Red Chilli Powder 1 Tablespoon
• Add 1 cups water and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes for high medium flame
• Take room temperature Roasted masala and grind mixture into fine paste (Vatan gravy masala paste )
• Tadka Vatan gravy
• Heat pan Oil 5 Tablespoons
• Add 1 Onions Chopped Cook for 1 Minutes high flame
• Add Garlic 1 Teaspoons Chopped
• Add Ginger 1 Teaspoon Chopped
• Add Green chilli 1 cut small pieces
• Add Tomatoes purée 1 cups and Cook for 2 minutes in high flame
• Add 1 Teaspoons Kashmiri chilli powder
• Add 1 Teaspoons Salt
• Add gravy masala and 1-2 cups water and stir and cook for 15 to 17 minutes low medium flame until masala separated from oil

• Add 1 Tablespoons Fenugreek (Kasturi methi
• Add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
• Add Coriander leaves Chopped handful
• Makes gravy Consistency medium Thick gravy
• Vatan gravy ready keep side
• Making kofta
• Heat pan Oil for deep frying medium high flame
• Take Bowl
• Add Carrots Chopped 1 1/2 cups
• Add beans Chopped 1 cups
• Add Cabbage Chopped 2 cups
• Add Paneer 110 grams grated
• Add Boiled 2 potatoes and grated

• Add Kasturi Methi Powder 1 Teaspoon (Fenugreek)
• Add Kashmiri Chilli Powder 2 Teaspoons
• Add Chaat Masala Powder 1 Teaspoons
• Add Coriander Powder 2 Teaspoons
• Add Salt 1 Teaspoons
• Add Corn flour 2 Tablespoons
• Add Besan gram flour 3 Tablespoons and bind for long shape and deep fry for 5 to 6 minutes brown colour change
• Make mixture and fry do not to keep long time veggies leaves water
