How to use lemon myrtle - the super food |bush tucker

We have loved having our lemon myrtle bush ever since we planted it in our off grid property. This Australian bush tucker has such a wonderful citrus fragrance and makes delicious drinks. High in vitamin C, it really is a super food. We use biogas to do as much of our cooking as we can, but obviously any heat source will work to boil your kettle.
How to use lemon myrtle? It's a question that we get asked a lot so hopefully you get at least one drink that you like from this video. I can't recommend you get one of these bushes more highly. They can grow in pots or the ground, perfect for an apartment balcony or a permaculture off grid farm.
You can use it in many other ways with cooking as well, lemon myrtle pork chops is one of my favourites.
